We already looked into this but X API was a shitshow, at least until recently. Will think more about this!

Done: done for now, just like checking a to-do list and marking it as "processed". Usually it means you are still waiting an answer from the customer. Resolved: You solved a bug, confirmed a specific thing, or closed the loop. No more follow up required. Useful for reporting!
