⚠️Important announcement : Geeksblabla Linkedin page was stolen⚠️
Trust and autonomy are the 2 building blocks of the community work we are doing. We trust your feedback, you trust what we are doing, and the team trust each other, well, as a TEAM.
An ex-memeber of the team, who has significantly contributed to Geeksblabla success in the past, decided to betray that trust and take over our public Linkedin page. He revoked admin access to all the team members to remain the only admin of the page. Multiple attempts have been made to resolve this matter quietly but unfortunately with no luck.
We wouldn’t be making this statement if things didn’t escalate and started posting on behalf of geeksblabla to the page. Many of you reported this to us, and we were as shocked as the rest of you! We believe such actions are completely unacceptable and break our most important value: trust!
We reckon that difference of opinion might happen, but it should never escalate to breaking team values and principles.
As for now, the team is evaluating the next options, and we are, as always, open to feedback and recommendations. Please be aware that Linkedin geeksblabla page does not represent us anymore, and the only account we have control over are X, facebook and instagram.
Geeksblabla team.
