I've been asked several times so here's my current impression for #GBVSR pre-Bea.
Tiers are unordered and anyone I wasn't sure of I haphazardly threw somewhere.
I think the balance is pretty poor and most chars below A struggle with terrible MUs against some top tiers.

Regarding the recently discussed OS of G+Throw (macro):
If you're holding conventional block, triggering proximity guard will have the throw come out.
The tech window also seems significantly shorter but can't be bothered to count frames, they'll patch it out anyways.

My goal was to exceed last year, relatively speaking I succeeded (5th/8 vs. 7th/16) and being a year in, the level of play was naturally a lot higher, but of course I still feel like I came up short of that goal.

After winning Wanted yesterday, I felt good going into the bracket.
Despite being silver it really meant a lot since these points could make the difference between qualifying and staying home.
Some upsets gave me an "easy" path but I capitalized and feel pretty secure now!

Having persistent, community-wide grievances being poked fun at is frustrating. As it stands, a lot of people (certainly a majority in EU) still hope for further 66L nerfs every patch.
not to be a parade rainer but it really feels kinda lame to make a 66l shirt when even people who enjoy the game have been complaining about it for the longest time. It's one thing to have your vision set but another to openly mock the playerbase with pretty valid complaints idk

Unfortunately the experience was really bad.
I empathize with TOs and I'm obviously not expecting the same treatment as larger games, especially given low entrants which were partly due to lack of tour details ahead of time.
There's a clear minimum that wasn't reached though.
I thought about whether I should write this or not, but to be honest I feel like I got scammed and I think the best move is to speak up about it so it doesn’t happen again.
