Goodbye
@UCEsportsClub @Cincy_CoD @UC_Rainbow6,

2 years ago the summer before i started college i was watching RLCS and a rocket league pro was watch partying with Octane and Zoomaa didn't know who either of them were until that day. fast forward 3 months later I'm loading up my first ever 8s series without have playing any ranked or even heard about competitive cod. The boys at Cincy cod instantly took me in and treated me like family as if i had been there for months. the past two years can be described by 3 words “why not us”. I've always felt like an underdog and that didn’t really bother me cause who doesn’t love a good underdog story.
Being on the academy team in the mw3 season was more fun than i could’ve ever imagined. being taught call of duty by
@SwopeGavinn ,
@GmoneyMace ,
@NoShFPS ,
@CooperRakow ,
@Brandon_Krimmer, and
@c14perry is something I'll always cherish. I went from not even knowing what hardpoint was in October 2023 to beating the main team twice in CXP 5 months later and after beating them the first time that’s when my cod career really took off.
Going into the BO6 season everyone that knew me knows i got 100x better in the offseason and i was excited to lead a team with an exciting incoming freshman in Carson (
@6evasive ), a second year star in kris (
@ohKdub ), and the vet of all vets Kyler (
@FaytalGz ). Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better season with these guys we felt like a family. we were just 4 guys not on scholly playing cod and having fun. From getting second at the BWU Lan to getting 3rd in regionals we had a great season that I'd frame on a wall if i could.
The friends I've made through UC cod are some of my best friends now and i couldn’t thank UC cod enough for getting me to the point I'm at right now I'd genuinely be nowhere without this program. The most perfect two years I ever could have asked for. Strong believer in God has a plan and there’s no words to describe how happy i am for UC cod to be apart of it. My time at UC has come to an end I genuinely love everyone I've ever met in or through this program and UC cod feels like a family to me and will always have a special place in my heart.
Thank you for everything and Onto the next
Forever and always,
Nolan “Ferda” Farley
