Ellie was the victim of a hit-and-run accident, where she was trapped underneath a car and drug for several blocks in downtown suburb of St. Louis, The Grove. Beating all odds and spending nearly 9 weeks in the hospital, she survived with two broken legs, a fractured spine, burns covering most of her body, and significant blood loss requiring eight or more blood transfusions. We are very thankful for the staff at BJC for saving her life.
In solidarity with the St. Louis Battlehawks, CEO of ProformApp and Personal Training Coach Eric Beisel has agreed to a lifetime of free personal training services offered to Ellie and her family. “We can’t stand to see this happen in our community, and to such a beautiful and giving person; and this was especially not the warm welcome Ellie deserved when she moved to St. Louis from the UK to pursue her career.”
We are looking for other partners and local businesses to step up and to help raise the remainder of her GoFundMe goal which will help her pay for her medical bills and physical therapy costs associated with her injuries.

Tips for #Ar-kansas trashing-talking this week:
1. Use small words. Razorback fans won’t be able to decipher what you are saying if you use high school-level or better words that they cannot sound-out.
2. Don’t look a razorback fan directly in the eyes. We are looking to intimidate them but not put them into a panic. These are highly sensitive creatures and we don’t yet know the cause of this. Try looking at their mouth or a spot on their forehead while talking to them instead.
3. Everything is fair game this week, including but not limited to jokes about eating ham/pork, inter-family relationships, losing to Mizzou 9 of the last 10 matchups.
4. Don’t wear red this week. Unless you play for the STL Cardinals.
