These are FIBA rules which USA Basketball recommends to use for high school teams!
Shot clock & have team fouls reset after each quarter (not half). Shoot FT’s at 5 fouls, but reset at end of each quarter. Less pressure on officials & better flow to the game (not so many stoppages for FT’s during 2nd & 4th quarters. And agreed on who cares if they roll shorts.
