What’s worked best for me is to re invest in yourself :) take 10% of previous months bounties and use it for growth, burp license, recon services, vps, upgrade your hardware, take care of your tools and it should be a positive feedback loop :)

If your outsource your development to a third party, your can’t outsource the responsibility of the impact. When a data breach takes place you can’t tell the media / stock holders not “our fault” we choose a third party instead of developing in house.

Looks like aws has rate limiting in place in the past they returned a 403 I think to many requests slow down, now they return a 404 no such bucket, if you try from a unique ip you should get the proper error message.

We have metrics for Hackers and Programs, Maybe public badges and stats for triagers? Something that doesn’t expose Triagers Personal info and exposes more human details to connect with :) They have triaged 5,000 reports. First triage 2018. Averaged triage time of x etc

Might be using up all the available sockets on the machine, if you can ssh in and try a netstat -a I think and see if all ports are in use. I’m not sure if nuclie allows appending a global header “connection: close” might help. Some sockets get stuck in TIME_WAIT state

if you reward someone for showing you were security issues long or short lived exist, they are more likely to keep showing you them. If you choose not to reward for them they are likely to stop sharing them, and you will be less secure, which is not the goal :)

:) I think I’m very lucky to have sent in close to 10k bugs, and maybe total 10 others have duped a report, so if you ever see me on a program highly likely not looking at the same bugs and lots still to find :) you can do it :) don’t give up :)
