This trajectory can lead you to a variety of roles, ending at CMO or at a different position altogether where your skills fit in the best. -> What to start looking for a marketing agency and do you really need one? A marketing agency can specifically help you define your brand goals, but you can only work further once they are defined; flickering goals is not fruitful for either side. -> And lastly; founder-based and team-based marketing. it’s exactly a year today that I lost my mother. and while the time has passed fast for people around me and perhaps for me too, it still feels something that I haven’t been able to digest. It feels something awkward and empty that I didn’t have my mother to showcase when I got my first job, when I published my book, when I took my first international trip, when I graduated. and it feels so alien to know that people that I have met in last one year, my mom would never know about that. It’s an empty void. make sure to capture memories as much as you can, take that one more photo, click that video, and not delete that photo with your parents in which you look like a doofus. i am very grateful towards everyone who has held me through meltdowns. And everyone who pushed me to standup and get to work. I might be very slow, but Im getting there when I’ll be in the zone again. i did not have a wrapped of 2024 because even with all the achievements everything felt like it wasn’t. I am moving and I will keep moving to make my dad and my mom and everyone who has believed in me proud. Thank you to everyone who helped me pass the whole year without giving up. im in forever debt. :)

She was the first one to tell me to go and apply for the ambassadors program even though I didn’t know shit. Always grateful to have had that conversation about polygon then, which has led me into the CT trenches amongst so many amazing builders now ♥️
