Think this tweet sounded more dire than it actually was intended. I feel so much better now that I'm exercising. It's night & day. Hoped it might contribute to others giving it a shot. That was the only motivation. Thanks for the kind words, but I'm as happy as I've been in years
FWIW, I was battling some pretty deep depression recently and decided to start exercising a little bit every day. I'm on day 14. The difference is astounding. If you're fat and sad like me, ride the bike for 30 minutes. Even if you suck at it. Not a sermon, just a thought
