HONEST WOMAN.
Sometimes finding yourself means finding your way back home. For me, it meant coming home...to my truth, my story, and the woman I am at my core.
These songs tell that story. They hold pieces of my heart, where I come from, and the journey that brought me here. I’m so proud of this album and I can’t wait to share it with you.

I remember opening for @kelseaballerini somewhere around 10 years ago… I remember her inviting me on her bus & saying “hey, I know you’re traveling in that van- do you want to ride on my bus to get a good night’s sleep?” That’s who she was and who she still is.
It’s hard to put into words what I’ve watched her build, but last night I stood in awe while she sang to 12,000 screaming fans who have found themselves in her music and story.
And while the journey to watch her go from playing a 500 seat club to an arena has been remarkable, it’s been the journey of really having a sister in this business that I’m the most grateful for. In my darkest hours, she shows up. Sometimes when I don’t even ask.

A little health update! It’s been a month since this crazy heart stuff happened & have learned a few things I felt like sharing.
1) you don’t have to over exercise every single day to feel good
2) medication sucks!
3) walking is a great form of mental & physical exercise
4) mindset is everything
5) change is hard but can be a really good thing
For those of you asking- I’m getting better every day & feeling more like myself! I’ll be running around like my usual self before you know it 😊❤️ thanks for all of the prayers. I have felt them every single day.
