So dramatic. It’s not as if the residents were killed to make way for the new condo and new residents. In fact they prob did quite well on the sale of the homes and are living great lives somewhere.

Also a problem when they use “digital staging” with furniture that’s been shrunken down to make the rooms look larger than they are. Like a rendered bed and dresser fitting in a tiny room that would never fit any furniture other than a bed.

The pressure to maximize number of participants and focus on cash payouts at all levels would result in a lot of 'make work' projects. No doubt there are pressing needs for charities, but most can't be met by a sudden surge in short-term volunteers.
