1. The Sim-to-Real Gap
Data from simulation seems cheap and fast—but real-world transfer is brutal.

3. The Conscious-to-Unconscious Gap
Internet is full of text, images, videos - outputs of humans' conscious thoughts. But we move around in the physical world subconsciously, without a natural way to record precisely our actions at high frequency.
This has to be collected manually—with humans teleoperating robots, task by task. Slow, expensive, and rare.
