Nattokinase is 3x MORE effective than statins At clearing carotid plaque size In a study conducted in 2017 that is (Randomized control trial) Where they gave 43 patients Nattokinase (6000ius) daily for 26 weeks And 38 patients Simvastatin (20 mg daily) for 26 weeks Nattokinase ruled supreme at clearing plaque While statins were more effective at lowering LDL cholesterol/ApoB particles One treats a number & reduces the cause of plaque The other one eliminates the PRIMARY cause of heart attacks (the plaque itself) Do with this information as you will

Nicotine depletes thiamine reserves So don't cry about a lack of energy when you've ripped enough zyns to take down a small elephant Depleted thiamine = less carbohydrate conversion If you're going to use a lot of nic, you need to be compensating with some thiamine (B1) In order to metabolize the carbohydrates that you're eating Otherwise, you'll have a downstream effect More nicotine = less thiamine = less carbohydrate metabolization = less energy (ATP) You can either eat lots of liver or supplement with some thiamine to replenish those thiamine reserves.

Testosterone is a blood flow game, and you haven’t caught on yet. Think about all the things that can boost test: - Sauna - Resistance training - Nitric oxide supplements - Nitrates - Tadalafil - Sprinting - UV exposure - Pomegranate juice And it’s understandable, considering: More blood flow & oxygen → more nutrients to gonads → better testosterone production. If you can find something that can boost blood flow, directly or indirectly, you’re on to a winner. There’s a reason people with varicoceles tend to have low testosterone = Impaired bloodflow + oxygen.

Everything begins in the womb - Your looks - Androgen receptor sensitivity (passed down by the mother via the X chromosome), - Mitochondrial DNA (This could encompass your entire health.) If you want your child to be genetically, mentally, and physically superior, this will be heavily determined by the mother It's why you'll see champion racehorses be determined by how good the dam is (the mother)
Looksmaxxing begins in the womb, according to a new study. A pregnant woman who consumes more protein during pregnancy will produce offspring with a larger and better formed nasal cavity and jaw.

I took BPC-157 orally for one month to so that you don't have to. My primary aim's when using this peptide were to repair: - My Gut/Brain axis. - An MCL injury sustained in a BJJ Tournament. Let's dive into BPC-157 AKA the Wolverine peptide. Body protective compound 157 is a pentadecapeptide which is found ubiquitously in the gut lining, derived from gastric juice. First discovered by Croatian scientists in the 90s (which is why you'll find a lot of Croatian studies) Since its discovery by the croats. it has been extensively investigated for its numerous healing & regenerative properties, which are plentiful. Due to a lack of human trials, BPC-157 has mainly been explored from an anecdotal standpoint by biohackers & bodybuilders in order to prove its efficacy. An exploration that arrived from evidence that in mice & rat studies BPC can • Heal the mucosal lining of the gut. • Up-regulate GHR receptors (growth hormone receptors). • Heal ulcerative colitis. • Offer hepatoprotection to the liver. • Heal & alleviate symptoms of Crohn's disease. • Re-generate damaged ligaments & muscle fibres. • Balance neurotransmitters & heal the gut-brain axis. • Regenerate & grow new blood vessels due to its pro-angiogenic properties My experience & my protocol with BPC. Regarding dosage, I used 400mcg (micrograms) of BPC-157. Recognizing that some of its bio-availability might be lost in the gut due to stomach acid & other factors, I consumed one pill in the morning on an empty stomach to enhance absorption & one before bed. Additionally, I utilized red-light therapy for 20-minute sessions daily on the injured area of my knee. Both BPC-157 & Red-light Therapy act on the same pathway called MAPK, influencing growth factors involved in proliferation/regeneration. I believed that their combined use might synergistically speed up my recovery. While oral BPC-157 is less effective for injuries compared to subcutaneous injections directly into the injured area, I intuited that using both methods of RLT +BPC ORAL might result in a more acute effect. As a systemic compound, BPC impacts the entire body. This aligns with what I've noticed during the past month of use, which I plan to continue. Here's what I've noticed since taking it: • Acute reduction in my neuro-inflammation. • Improved sleep & reduced morning brain fog. • Fixed my gut/brain axis, fewer fluctuations. My dopamine & serotonergic systems feel more regulated. This has made work easier, as evident from my activity on my account over the past month. • Enhanced verbal fluency (spectacular vernacular) • Better cardio • Increased appetite (likely due to its effect on hunger hormones such as ghrelin & leptin). • Reduction in inflammation & stabilization of my MCL injury. (Back training this week) • Accelerated recovery & muscle growth. • Decreased allergenic acne & increased tolerance to gluten, which I haven't been able to handle in the past. BPC is the real deal, at-least from my own experience so far, ill be continuing to run it over a 2 month period. As always, This is not intended to be medical advice & is for research purposes only. It’s not that Dubai / UAE has access to tests the West doesn’t It’s that it has massively invested in medical infrastructure The West has hit a point of complacency. It feels ahead, and doesnt realise biology as a science is still in its infancy Meanwhile, middle East is investing early, longevity, speed, efficiency, depth, and preventative healthcare That’s why they’ve been pulling top doctors out of the they’re building what will eventually become a global private superpower for healthcare You can already see it with Immune panels that go deep into immune cell and cytokine profiling (NK) — evaluating lymphocyte subsets like CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD5, CD56/CD16, plus TH1/TH2 cytokine balance and pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-17. Genetic panels covering mitochondrial, lysosomal, and metabolic disorders via NGS, full lipid profiles mapping every particle from the most atherogenic to the least etc It’s not about having different tests, it’s about going deeper and doing it faster In Dubai, almost anything you can think of can be done / treated instantly Testing is fast and efficient, with minor delays for specialty assays Treatments are available nearly on demand IV drips delivered to your house, regenerative and longevity protocols that can be booked same-day If you had a major disease and the money to act fast, the Middle East would be a no-brainer They’ve built a healthcare system defined by: Speed × Depth × New Diagnostics × World-Class Doctors × Culture Around Health × Openness to Innovation...

Why copper peptide Is the closest thing we have to a 'real' anti-aging compound right Now - Activates DNA repair genes and antioxidant enzymes - Reverses age-related gene expression patterns (epigenetic reset) - Boosts collagen and elastin synthesis, improves protein folding - Regulates insulin and lipid metabolism - Increases cytochrome c oxidase activity (a copper-dependent mitochondrial enzyme) - Reduces inflammatory cytokines via NF-κB suppression - Lowers fibrinogen levels which could reduce risk of thrombosis, stroke, and inflammation-linked vascular damage in older age groups Your not bullish enough..

The nootropic that was making athletes too ELITE That the olympics had no choice but to BAN it Bromantane/Ladasten/Ладастен is a nootropic/psychostimulant created by the Soviet Union to give their soldiers a unique competitive edge Its aim? - Increase physical and mental performance - Reduce fatigue - Enhance motivation and focus - Enhance endurance How it does this? (MOA) - Anxiolytic via GABA = Stress reduction/calmness - Tactile enhancement like MDMA = Euphoria - Motivation/focus enhancement via dopamine synthesis Why it's effective for athletes? - Isn't taxing on oxygen supplies (Oxygen Utilization) - Improves glycogen synthesis (Energy + Endurance) - Increases stress tolerance as an actoprotector (Important for competition) - Anti-asthenic (Reduces the feeling of fatigue) - Immunomodulator (enhances immune response) If performance enhancement is your thing This NEEDS to be in your arsenal

Nattokinase inhibits the ACE-1 enzyme, which is responsible for converting angiotensin I into angiotensin II (a potent vasoconstrictor). This explains why it lowers blood pressure in some individuals When you use nattokinase, it’s not just its fibrinolytic activity (breaking down clots) that’s beneficial. Its mechanism of action is very similar to pharmaceutical ACE inhibitors such as ramipril, but instead this is nature’s BP medication Very bullish.

Thiamine (B1) isn't just a vitamin it's a NOOTROPIC. Here's how ¹) Binding to Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors - Thiamine binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. These are the same receptors that the drug nicotine binds to, giving it cognitive-enhancing capabilities, such as improving memory and focus. ²) Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor - Thiamine has been used in trials for Alzheimer's patients with great success, as it can act as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. - This leads to more acetylcholine. Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors are used as Alzheimer's drugs as they improve memory and focus. - Some examples of AChE inhibitors are drugs like donepezil and galantamine. ³) Increases ATP - Thiamine's ability as a co-enzyme catalyzes the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which leads to increased neuronal activity and neurotransmission, leaving you firing on all cylinders. ⁴) Improves Pre-synaptic Release of Acetylcholine - Thiamine plays a role in the presynaptic mechanisms of neurotransmitter release. It is involved in the synthesis of acetylcholine and further enhances its release into the synaptic cleft. - This action ensures a more robust and efficient cholinergic transmission, improving acetylcholine levels. Extremely bullish on megadosing thiamine for carbohydrate metabolism + cognitive function Ray Peat was right.

I've always had a theory that addicts are always more likely to be successful because they combine two key aspects. 1) They have already seen the depths of the abyss so anything will be better than their original baseline, hence why they are more inclined to take larger risks compared to a normie who hasn't actually seen what the depths of depression actually look like 2) They can reapply that addictive energy into any chosen field and outwork 99% of people, and when they find something they actually enjoy it becomes their new-crack, meaning they get very good, very fast. If you're an addict, it's not over for you. Be an addict, just be addicted to something that's good for you Or don't, and get swallowed by the abyss..again

The secret skin health stack That your friends & family still don't know about yet 1) Bee propolis cream - Enhances wound healing by stimulating the accumulation of glycosaminoglycans + collagen types I and III in the wound matrix - Exhibits potent antimicrobial effects against pathogens including staph - Acts as a natural sunscreen alternative due to compounds like caffeic acid, coumaric acid, and ferulic acid, which can absorb UV, offering photoprotective effects 2) Methylene Blue tallow - Stimulates fibroblast proliferation, supporting the skin’s structural integrity and repair mechanism (collagen + elastin boosting) - Exhibits potent antimicrobial effects against pathogens including staph (one study it cured MRSA) - Contains fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E, and K that are integral for skin health, repair, & regeneration 3) Snail mucin - Protects against UVB-induced damage by reducing wrinkle depth, improving skin moisture retention, and enhancing the skin's elasticity - Contains glycoproteins and peptides that are known to enhance fibroblast activity, which are crucial for collagen + elastin production - Aging skin is characterized by increased MMP expression, which degrades collagen, snail mucin regulates MMP activity protecting the skin matrix from degradation (Anti-aging) 4) GHK Mirror Skin - Increases collagen synthesis by 9x but also activates fibroblasts and mast cells which are essential for tissue reconstruction - Facilitates wound healing due to angiogenic properties (stimulates blood vessel growth) - Increases skin density and thickness, reduces skin laxity and improves skin clarity (Elite tier mirror skin) 5) Red-light therapy - Increases collagen production by stimulating fibroblasts to produce more collagen, enhancing skin elasticity + strength - Enhanced blood flow due to vasodilation, therefore circulation brings more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells (skin repair) - Reduces oxidative stress by reducing ROS and increases the production of antioxidants vital for skin health You won't need to worry about a skin-care routine again after this stack

Was going to gatekeep this but i had to let you know they made BPC-157 10x more effective... Adding two key structural modifications at the beginning and end of the peptide sequence N-terminal acetylation (Ac-) → blocks the free amine on Glycine > first amino in the sequence C-terminal amidation (-NH₂) → neutralizes the free carboxyl on Valine > Last amino in the sequence The Benefits from this? - Greater Stability Protects the peptide from rapid breakdown, especially exopeptidases - Increased Resistance to enzymatic Degradation shielding the molecule from proteolytic enzymes, extending its activity - Extended Half-Life in Plasma MUCH longer-lasting effects in the body and a longer half-life means less frequent dosing and more sustained healing on the body - More overall potent activity which is relevant for tissue repair, angiogenesis, and the anti-inflammatory effects its known for Currently using some recently for an injury and the results have been outstanding...

In years to come, people will be talking about the ultimate skin combo Pure aloe vera gel x copper peptide Or as I like to call it Nature & Science's love child My theory is that the polysaccharides allow the copper peptide to penetrate deeper into the epidermis. The result = face like a baby

The crazy it sounds, but BPC has made me a completely different person My moods have been better, accumulating lean muscle tissue has been easier, I've seen an acclivity from a cellular standpoint BPC is a POTENT systemic compound And we are only beginning to see the tip of the iceberg with it There's probably only 100+ studys on this stuff Also grows 🍆 which a few people have touched upon already This is likely due to its pro-angiogenic effects (ability grows new blood vessels) If you wanted to further potentiate it's effects, you could also combine with red-light Which is also pro-angiogenic Don't sleep on it, peptides are going to be the craze in the next few years

Autism vs ADHD is a weird dichotomy Chess board > Oceans Systematic > Chaos Linear > Non-linear This is why you see autistic and ADHD people thrive in combat sports Because they lack the same thought patterns of normies Everything is either systematically put together or chaotically created in that moment Autism is chessboards = 5 moves ahead ADHD is the flow and creation of the waves, unpredictable, but when timed well, delivers a perfect crash Sooner you realise that being anyway neuro-divergent is a gift and not a curse, the sooner you'll find your clearcut purpose

30% of GABA is produced in your gut And yet you're still not focusing on populating with healthy bacteria. It's simple really, you need more: - sparkling water - sodium butyrate - lactobacillus rhamnosus - fermented foods - protease enzymes from fruits - magnesium GABA is the PRIMARY inhibitory transmitter responsible for keeping you mellowed out This means with enough of these bad boys you'll start to feel like the chill guy meme on the daily.

If you're someone with ADHD/Autism Or just someone who does alot of thinking You need to be cycling choline + acetcycholinesterase inhibitors - CDP Choline - Alpha GPC - Ginkgo biloba - Lose dose nicotine - Eggs My theory is that overthinkers burn a lot more choline than the average man This is why you tend to see Hyper-responders when people first try nootropics I vividly remember when I first started BJJ I had felt like eddie moura from limitless Would make this coffee before every training session with L-Theanine, CDP Choline, blended with ginkgo Tasted like sh*t but put me into excessive flow states and accelerated my learning 1000x

From what I’ve noticed observationally Nearly all of the people I see with peak vitality into their later years have an auric presence of an eternal, child-like state And it’s understandable children are the ones with most energy and output There’s a huge lesson in this if you pay CLOSE attention. Think Dick Van Dyke, for example on stage just a few years ago, dancing in his 90s. I believe he even stopped smoking in his 80s, which is hilarious when you think about it. On the other hand, people like Bryan Johnson uptight, egocentric, and energy-reservative tend to be dead in spirit long before they’re physical body is actually dead Aura is everything. The sooner you realize this, the better. There’s no amount of hacking your biology that can replace what exists internally.
Best marker of physical and mental health = ability to play

A guy was in training at my BJJ gym today, former sparring partner of Conor McGregor. He comes in regularly, one thing that separates him from everyone else is his psychology. He never accepts defeat & will NEVER admit when he's tired, even when he's absolutely gassed. My coach asked him today when he was gassed, breathing heavily, 'Are you tired?' His reply was, 'I don't get tired.' This kind of bulletproof psychology is PARAMOUNT, especially in the fight game. This is why I'm going straight back to my hypnotherapist when I get the chance. Psychology can take you places that even talent can't. Explore the deepest realms of your mind, will take you to victory that you never thought possible.

Grounding, Increased water intake, nattokinase, regular blood donation, vitamin K2 to promote calcium being taken into bones and teeth instead of arteries Look after the mitochondria as they crosstalk with one of the most important factors Involved in clotting (Von Hildebrand factor) Hopefully in the future we can reduce the incidence of clotting and deep vein thrombosis through diligent diet, lifestyle, and supplementation.
Still fascinating that this study isn’t viral after 11 years, so allow me to rephrase. Are you worried about blood clots? 🩸 Then go ground.

The majority of heart attacks, around 25–40%, happen in the early morning due to the morning surge phenomenon This is when cortisol rises sharply after waking, increasing blood pressure, heart rate, vascular tone, and platelet aggregation, making the blood thicker This effect is also heightened with a lack of endogenous melatonin Some clinical studies showing that exogenous melatonin lowers blood pressure in the circadian impaired Morning light exposure also helps blunts this rise of cortisol This is your sign to sleep well and get morning sunlight

I'm going to tell you something that will make you rich for life most forms of NAC have terrible bio-availability because of its water solubility It's why hospitals use injections for overdose etc it’s the only way to actually get it into your system If you’re going to waste your money on anything, at least don’t waste it on standard NAC You need the ethyl ester form its lipophilicity makes it far more effective Supplement companies are robbing you if you don’t Something you need to think about..

If you want to max out your learning + focus 100000x You need to be using the holy trinity stack 1) Eggs = Choline 2) Acetyl-LCarnitine = Can donate it's acetyl group to create Acetycholine = Memory + focus 3) Ginkgo biloba = Acetycholinesterase inhibitor = prevents the breakdown of acetycholine so it sticks around for longer = prolonged focus and memory maximising These act synergstically with eachother to create the holy trinity

Haven't got sick this winter once - Cigarettes & alcohol 4x - Seed oils twice a week - Regular sauna use - Some cold showers. - Competitions Some of you wouldn't know hormesis if it hit you in the face, it's all about mild stressors. You can't be healthy unless your body gets tested, like a boxer who's amazing in the gym but can't turn it up on fight day. You want to make your CELLS metabolically resilient. Am I asking you to rip cigs untill your heart's content? definitely not. Just make sure your not overdosing on said stressors Mild stressors every so often = metabolically resilient Constant stress all the time = metabolically dysfunctional. Know the difference.

The more I focused on mitochondrial health, the more my visceral fat began to disappear. Visceral fat is one of the key indicators of metabolic and mitochondrial dysfunction for a number of reasons: - Improved mitochondrial function enhances fat oxidation - Better energy efficiency means LESS fat storage is needed - Healthy mitochondria regulate inflammation, which also determines if fat is stored or not - Visceral fat tends to be the first type of fat to decrease when mitochondrial function improves You need to memorize this Mitochondrial-Visceral Fat Cycle: Healthy mitochondria → Better fat oxidation → Less visceral fat Less visceral fat → Less inflammation → Better mitochondrial function This creates a positive feedback loop in order to show things are working well.

Oral TUDCA, at doses of 1750–2000mg daily for 6 weeks, was tested in patients with active ulcerative colitis The results? Improved mucosal healing, reduced ER stress, and lower clinical disease activity At week six, 45% of ALL patients achieved histologic remission (Symptoms gone = clinical remission) Very bullish for TUDCA. once again, health twitter way ahead of the functional medicine game.
