BigBugAI Progress Report (Apr 20 → Aug 31, 2025)
Executive Summary
Since launching on April 20, 2025, BigBugAI has moved from an alpha intelligence demo to a steadily maturing platform with real users, real-time signal pipelines, and a clear path to automated execution. We’re now completing component testing, retiring fragile balance-sync features, and enabling whitelist access for
$WBUG stakers and holders so they can log in reliably and use the app without balance issues. On Sunday, Aug 31, we’ll migrate from
alpha.bigbug.ai to
bigbug.ai and ship the upgraded Portal v0.
What we shipped since launch :
Unified Signal Engine (productionized)
Ingests trending markets (e.g., CMC gainers/losers), enriches tokens with internal scoring (TokenData/TokenScore/AlphaSignal), and produces prioritized, deduped signals for humans and agents.
Narrative Intelligence (operational)
Pulls structured news/context and turns it into concise market narratives to power posts, alerts, and explainable insights—reducing noise and giving traders reasons, not just tickers.
Agent Surfaces & Memory
X/Twitter, Discord, and Farcaster bots wired to a shared memory layer so actions aren’t duplicated and responses stay consistent. MCP-style context sync has been staged and rolled out to early flows.
Backtesting & Analytics Foundations
Repositories and APIs to store/inspect signals, wins/losses, drawdowns, and cumulative return curves; groundwork for robust research and transparency.
Portal v0 (Dashboard Beta) + BFF
Real-time signal feed, insights pages, and a stabilized backend-for-frontend to keep the UI responsive as data volumes grow. This is the version moving to
bigbug.ai on Aug 31.
Reliability-first Access
We’re retiring balance features (a frequent source of user friction) and switching to whitelist login for stakers/holders, unlocking immediate, dependable access without sync delays.
Real-world problems we’re solving :
Signal Overload → Curated, Explainable Intelligence
The crypto firehose creates fatigue and FOMO. BigBugAI filters, scores, and explains—turning chaos into a ranked queue of “what matters now” with narrative context.
Fragmented Tools → One Continuum
Traders juggle bots, dashboards, and DEX tabs. Our agent + portal approach keeps memory and state in one place, so users don’t repeat actions or miss follow-ups.
Balance-Sync Friction → Whitelist Access
Wallet balance indexing is brittle across chains and providers. We’re removing that failure point by granting whitelisted staker/holder wallets direct access—clean, predictable, and fast.
Manual Strategy Execution → Coordinated Agents (in progress)
Most retail automation is siloed. Our BotTensor engine orchestrates multiple strategy personas (momentum, swing, arbitrage) so they confirm each other before a signal is issued.
Riskless Learning Environment → Paper Trading
A safe sandbox lets users validate signals and lets us tune models using outcomes—without exposing anyone to execution risk.
Roadmap status (are we on track?)
June 2025 — MCP Sync + Paper Trading
Status: MCP-style memory sync is active in core agent flows; Paper Trading has been rolled out in limited beta to validate signals and UI. Iterations continue based on feedback.
July 2025 — Dashboard Beta (Portal v0)
Status: Delivered. Dashboard v0 is live for a broader set of users. We’re finalizing component testing and migrating to
bigbug.ai on Aug 31.
August 2025 — Bot Coordination Upgrade
Status: In progress, with confirmations and cross-agent checks being tuned. This reduces false positives by requiring on-chain corroboration before surfacing a high-conviction call.
Q4 2025 — On-Chain Execution & Mobile App
Status: On track. Architecture and risk controls are defined; Base integrations under evaluation. Mobile app design has started to bring push alerts and on-the-go monitoring to iOS/Android.
Bottom line: We hit June/July milestones, August upgrades are landing, and we remain on pace for Q4 execution + mobile.
Transparent token economics (at a glance)
We’ve emphasized clarity around allocations and timelines. The current vesting plan (total supply: 1,000,000,000) is:
Public: 375,000,000 (37.5%)
Pool: 125,000,000 (12.5%)
Developer: 100,000,000 (10%)
BigBugAI Ventures: 400,000,000 (40%)
(See the vesting chart attached for the schedule and cadence.)
What’s next (next 30–60 days)
Aug 31: Migrate to
bigbug.ai, retire
alpha.bigbug.ai, enable whitelist login for staker/holder wallets.
Finalize Bot Coordination: Harden cross-verification and confidence scoring; publish spec notes for community review.
Paper-Trade Analytics: Ship richer post-trade analytics (per-signal cohorts, drawdown heatmaps, time-to-alpha).
Security & Ops: Formalize threat model, prepare for external review, and extend rate-limits/quotas for scale.
Call to action :
If you’re a
$WBUG staker/holder, you’ll receive whitelist access starting Aug 31—log in at
bigbug.ai and kick the tires.
Want to help shape the next wave? Share feedback on signal quality, dashboard UX, and the agent personas you want prioritized.
We set out to build more than another dashboard—we’re building a coordinated AI trading team that learns, explains, and eventually executes with your permission. The next phase begins this Sunday.
