Capminal was once overshadowed by a series of well-known projects during our TGE week. At that time, when I spoke with some KOLs and media, they told me, "You are not a good project," even though they had never seen our product. Their judgment was based on my dev profile and our team. Because I had never led a successful project before, @capminal was considered unproven and was not promoted ahead of the TGE.
When investors participate in genesis projects, they tend to choose those that are already oversubscribed, have high ratings from many KOLs and media, or have strong support before the TGE. As a result, Capminal did not receive much attention on our TGE day, we only reached 100% of our target six hours before closing (and eventually reached 360% afterward).
But...
I still believe that a quality project can go a long way. We are not here to build hype for a few months and then disappear. Our journey with @DackieSwap has proven this: we are a nearly two-year-old project on @base and have received @Optimism $OP Retro Funding four times (an achievement only awarded to projects that are truly building).

I started building @DackieSwap on @base during the testnet phase. Luckily, we received a lot of love, and we launched on the mainnet in August 2023 together with Base. To be honest, I was inexperienced at the time and didn’t know how to manage a DEX protocol after the TGE to make it grow further. As a result, I couldn’t maintain DackieSwap’s initial growth.
In 2024, I spent the first half of the year expanding to other chains, looking for new opportunities and trying to connect with chain foundations. Unfortunately, the results weren’t great, as reflected in our TVL, trading volume, and community size. In the second half of 2024, I decided to refocus to building on Base. Most of DackieSwap’s important features are now developed on Base, and I’m starting to see positive signs of growth.
Building on Base has been a game-changer for me and my team. We received funding from two OP Retro Funding Rounds, which gave us motivation and made me realize that Base and the Superchain ecosystem are the best places for builders.
In 2025, we had a proposal to fully re-focus on Base. We’ve launched AI Agent Smart Routing and the DackieSwap DAO Treasury on Base. My team and I are committed to Base. We’ll develop new features, collaborate with great projects, and focus on our vision of bringing the world on-chain, just like day one.

💥 We have made updates to CAP tokenomics as follows:

• Team with over 5 years of hands-on experience in MEV and blockchain. Not sure because when I take a look at the team profile on X, it seems like new accounts; founder's GitHub seems to have fewer commits compared to the normal behavior of developers.
• Product: bAIbysitter is the AI agent that protects @virtuals_io agents from scams, hacks, and costly mistakes. The product's uses are clear and specific. But I skimmed through the project details, the solution is quite general and it's unclear what technology is used. The home page is a '"Join waitlist" button and honestly, as I've said many times, I don't trust the products of "Join waitlist" projects very much.
💥 Conclusion and actions:
I think Baibysitter's story is specific, clear and simple, solving the problem of the market. This is a project worth ape your accumulated points.
But whether to stake long term or not, I will not stake, I will arrange to jail (sell some other tokens at the same time) after ape into $BAIBY, I believe $BAIBY will have good ROI, and I believe their product is story and token, but I am not sure about real product.

I really want to know how you guys choose projects on @virtuals_io genesis to ape points, i will share my way.
1/ Yapping hard every day, when you have enough points, go to 'Upcoming' to choose the project.
2/ If not counting the 'super projects', meaning the projects that are shilled by @virtuals_io and big KOLs of Virtuals. The way I evaluate the remaining projects is in the following order.
• Check product: has product or not, i will not ape project just has an idea
• Check team profile: is there any OG dev? this is real profile or fake.
• Check tokenomics: how long for green lock
3/ I also consider when there is a good project launched at the same time as a super project, I will ape if this project can overcome 100%. The reason is because when ape points into super project, the volume bought will be very low because there are many people competing, remain project will have more volume when ape, but the ROI will not equivalent to super project, it's a trade off
