after long talks and a careful decision, I am excited to share that @WolvesEsports has signed me from @NovaEsportsTeam.
I am proud to officially announce that I will be joining Wolves as Head Coach for Stage 2!
We will give everything to push the team as high as we can this stage and I hope to bring them back to where they belong.

Before we kick off vs Paper Rex, we need to share that @Alfajervl has experienced some health issues in recent days. Whilst he is recovering well, to prioritise his health & wellbeing and on reccomendation from health professionals and staff, he will unfortunatley miss today's match.
As a result, we're welcoming back @domaVALORANT for today's series. We're confident with his skillset, past at Fnatic and chemistry with the boys that we can still put on a strong fight for todays matchup. A huge thank you to him for stepping in this soon.

- we did nothing wrong and no one wrote in the Ingame chat, that they have a DC
- if we dont accept it, we lose the map (auto forfeit)
- I have everything recorded about what we said and what got said to us
after 15 years of esports, I am lost for words.. this is a shame to sportsmanship and the competitive integrity will be really hurt after this decision

After winning Split 3 with @Disguised, I’m excited to explore head coaching options for 2025.
With @Disguised shift toward Tier 1 League of Legends and some internal changes within the organization, including the uncertainty surrounding the team's direction, I am currently evaluating my future and considering the best path forward. It has been an incredible journey, and I’m immensely proud of everything we’ve accomplished together.
Though we narrowly missed VCT 2025 qualification, finishing just two games short, I truly believe we were on the brink of something special. I’m grateful for the team, the organization, and all the unforgettable moments we've shared.
I will be available for new opportunities starting 1st January 2025, while I continue to assess my current situation. I am actively seeking a head coaching position with a team that shares my ambition to qualify for VCT or an established VCT organization. With this loss, our goal of reaching VCT in the first year did not work out.
We only had 4 months with this lineup and invented a crazy playstyle in such a short time, in the long run we obviously know that this will not work against top teams, but we decided to enjoy Valorant and play to our strengths.
I cannot believe how unlucky we were in all 3 games, I just felt like we never won our 50/50 rounds, plus we made a lot of mistakes in pressure rounds and we just could not convert our 5v4, 5v3s.. nerves kicked in.
I am still fucking proud of everyone on the team, they are all so young and playing their first real offline event.
For the future I dont know what will happen but I enjoyed every moment with them, I made a lot of friends and I never had such a great org @Disguised.

I would like to say a few words about my players.
These two Bo3s didn't show their true skill. Since I joined, we've won lots of tournaments and important games, but recently no one has shown their true face.
These guys have so much potential and skill, and if Ascension had happened at a different time, I am 100% sure that we could have done it.
We weren't able to convert our training into official results in Stage 3 and Ascension, and sometimes it's like real sports where you crumble under pressure.
When I took over the team before Stage 3, nobody believed these guys would get out of the group stage. After that, we were chosen as favourites, which was a big part of the problem.
Every one of them deserves to be in T1 and leave this absolute disaster of a T2 scene, and I'm so sorry we couldn't do it.

we played them like 5-6 times and I think we 12-12 like 3 times with really deep timeouts (them and us), adapting to their playstyle etc

Give the Ascension teams capsules. You ask why?
The new goal for all T2 teams should be to reach Ascension; promotion to VCT would just be the icing on the cake.
Riot makes money, and organisations can recoup some of their investment. If you invest 50–60k in a team, for example, you can at least recoup some of the money and have the chance to be promoted. They don't need give up after a year if you don't make it.
This will help players grow and play for actual salaries, and it will benefit the T2 economy overall. Please spread the word!

Valorant most likely one of the only games where making it deep in the year (to Ascension for example) will decrease your chances for T1 offers since all T1 teams cant waste time in their preparation for the next season
