15. Rain has always been one of the more competent CT side A overpass riflers, as evidenced by a 1.22 CT Overpass rating while on faze. This highlight sticks out as a good example why, as he here combines his excellent mechanics with smart positioning for this ace.

13. Although this pistol ace was in a group stage, against the lowest seeded team at ESL One Cologne 2018, it is surely the cleanest pistol highlight of rain's career. The way he immediately halts the pistol A split with some ridiculously precise headshots is magnificent.

1. The highlight that tops the list is the iconic Nuke 4k, where rain destroys Navi within secret. Seeing this moment live remains one of my most joyful moments, as I finally believed that rain would finally get his major. A very special moment that I will remember

9. This is the oldest highlight of the list, and yet another one that happened on train. This important 1v4 against the Polish VP, brought Kinguin to an overtime in an elimination game. The epic end to the clutch, with both players on low hp, solidifies it as a classic!

14. Rain is also quite a fan of Dust 2, and this highlight is another ace which is particularly flashy in quality. The one-taps on the short execute are not only scrumptious, but was part of another impressive performance against Liquid on the iconic map!

12. This highlight is one of the oldies, but still very much is a classic within every rain highlight compilation. The controlled spray on the flank, to salvage a much needed additional ct round, is still an important moment despite being close to 9 years old.

3. Out of the 1.970 of the maps rain has played (at the time of writing), rain has only had one 1v5 clutch. But this singular 1v5 is beautiful, as he outplays Envy with simple but clever positioning. The fake rotate to catch Apex’s info gathering is perfect as well.

7. This moment, from the grand final of the last ELEAGUE tournament within cs, is the most absurd and unexpected to date. Right after Cloud 9 run into the 4 man eco stack, comes rain rapid p250 3k. Rain's skill on the pistols can never be underestimated.

10. Before Spirit in Katowice, there was Faze in New York. Rain posted a 1.61 rating, which was overshadowed by NiKo's record setting 1.7 rating, but it still remains a career high performance from rain. This is my favourite highlight from this memorable trip to NYC.

11. Another train CT side highlight! This time in one faze's unfortunate grand final losses against SK gaming, in 2017. The spray control this time is satisfyingly immaculate, as he surprises the entire opposition with his position behind the e-box.

Calling ropz a baiter is an outdated opinion. He has averaged about 20% opening duel attemps in cs2 and often plays quite aggressive.

Honorable mention 2: This moment shows the most esteemed quality of rain: his calmness under pressure. The way rain denies s1mple, in the grand final of Cologne, is cold. The way he times his approach on s1mple in this anti-clutch is fueled by pure wisdom.

4. Here comes the first of the Antwerp grand final highlights, which is where he truly peaked as a player. This moment is another display of how astute of a player rain can be, as he plays the heaven flank perfectly. One of many fantastic moments from that final.

6. An underrated aspect of rain as a player is his knowledge, as it is not always displayed within the role of the entry-fragger. This quality of his is unmissable when he plays B Cave, as he is infamous for his wallbangs. Here is a brilliant moment exhibiting that.

8. Here comes another pistol ace, this time from the honeymoon of the 2017 “superteam”. Again, rain manages to save an uncomfortable 4v5 on the CT inferno pistol, with more sharp shooting and wise play. An undeniably beautiful moment from Faze's late 2017 win streak.

5. Rain’s best display of his deagle skill was shown in this highlight vs Vitality. The one deags are delightfully placed, and the fact that it happened while entrying Overpass’s B bombsite only makes it better. This was the cherry on top to ropz’s debut tournament.

Why malbsd isn't quite suited to solo-anchor positions:
Malbs very much ovextended against this short/apps split, and put m0nesy into inital 1v4 on the A bomb. G2 are quite lucky that they won the round regardless imo.

Honorable mention 3: This moment is still present in my mind to this day, and is in my opinion rain’s funniest fail. It was of course partly due to broky hitting rain’s hand (which became forbidden for a while within the Faze team after this incident xD).

That isn't necessarily a bad thing though. It's quite unique since most maps are favoured towards the ct side. Anubis forces the ct's into a much more active style which adds more variety.
I agree that the map can be balanced perhaps slightly, but the foundations are good.

This change adjusts the timings on the short fight in the favour of the ct's, and also might change the way the t's execute from short.

The reason imo why NiKo has won the head to head so far is due to donk's playstyle being similar to 2015/2016 NiKo, and thus NiKo can read donk considerably well.
It may be fair to say that donk needs to develop as a player so he can become more multifaceted and versatile
