According to an Israeli newspaper they’re protesting at an IDF base to demand the release of detained soldiers under investigation for the sexual abuse of Palestinian prisoners because they believe they should have the right to assault them.
Even with the proper facts, the fundamental point regarding the advocacy and desire from Israeli politicians and civilians to justify sexual abuse of prisoners (which is a war crime and violation of the Geneva Conventions, btw) is not a lie. So please do explain to me how the truth does anything except bolster how fucked up and inhumane that is.

Lol right - it’s actually wild to me how many people are defending just using random photos online as if that’s normal.
When someone is a graphic designer it’s their duty to due diligence on image licensing and make sure the right people are getting paid and credited BEFORE they get caught.
It speaks to their professional integrity. While obviously addressing it effectively afterwards does help and is appreciated, it ideally shouldn’t happen in the first place.
