My dad passed away last night. He is now free from the shackles of the horrific disease that is ALS. He was only 65.
Yesterday morning, we had coffee and watched TV. Dad even cracked a small joke about our love for the Buffalo Bills. I am very grateful to have had those last moments with him. He passed in the evening surrounded by family and love.
My dad is the reason I am a hard worker. He's the reason I love football. He instilled in me so many important life values that I will carry forward. I dedicate my work 📸 this year to him.
There is no cure for ALS. There are no viable treatment options. I will never stop advocating for those with this disease.
To everyone who donated towards my Dad's care and to those who have reached out with words of love and offers of support... from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I love you, Dad! ❤️
