The FAU Rec Center is a 60,000 s.f. facility that includes locker rooms, gym/athletic courts, athletic training room, yoga/fitness room, public common area, basketball court, and a 16,400 s.f. pool area with a pool, pool deck and landscaping. Open to all FAU students.

The @FAUBaseball team utilizes both FAU Stadium and a "B" field directly next to it. The "B" field was the original home of the baseball program and serves as one of the Owls practice facilities for on field player development.

Austin Gomber was a former Owl starting pitcher for three seasons, ranging from 2012-2014, before being selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 4th round of the 2014 MLB Draft. Gomber has pitched two seasons in the big leagues and appeared in this years MLB Playoffs.
