The biggest thing I took from this weekend and really from the whole AAU season was how important it is to set a #Culture and identity for your team/program. Chemistry and comaradarie are not to be swept under the rug or put on the back burner for talent.

All these NBA teams been playing Zone the whole season but y’all can’t figure out how to teach it, coach against it and demand effort. There are “man principles” in a zone, you have to let the players know that and SHOW them. I still have A LOT to learn though don’t mind me.
