Fax, plus long term if you just switch up your diet you’ll lose some fat. Cut out fast food, sugar, soda, greasy/fried food, try to eat as clean as possible. Chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs, etc… you can have an occasional snack or “cheat meal” but don’t make it habit
