"Out when it's ready" was CP2077's marketing tagline. They overhyped, overmarketed, deceived, launched broken console ports, tried to hide it, dead AI & police system, severe bugs, restricted reviewers, etc. Kudos for the redemption arc, but the launch was disastrous & unethical.
