Adventurers, we hope you’re ready for a low start! 🤩
With the approach of autumn, the WorldShards economy will be completely revised! We want you to be a part of it and not just be onlookers!
❗ The pillars of change will be three summer artifact sales. Don't miss the opportunity to acquire the first artifacts at the June sale to unleash their true potential after the July update!
Let’s review the fundamental aspects of our player-driven economy before transitioning to the latest updates.
1. The in-game economy is made unique because of the valuable collectible items. They can be created, repaired, upgraded and most importantly, they can be used to mine cryptocurrency tokens!
🔵 Collectible items will have the following unique characteristics: Adventure points, Luck and Luck charge.
🔵 In order to be able to farm tokens you will need to spend Adventure points before going on a wild island, whereupon doing so you will gain a special buff called “Blessing of Meowken '' and enabling token drops. Adventure points are a key characteristic of collectible items and can be recharged on a workbench linked to an artifact.
🔵 The chance of drop depends on the Luck parameter of the equipped collectible item and the level and difficulty of the adventure.
🔵 Luck charge depends on the rarity of the item and artifact during the charging. With a high-quality item and artifact, the process will be much more efficient and the resource yield will be higher.
2. Crafting is one of the core gameplay pillars of WorldShards. You create most of the items that are equipped or used in the game in order to unlock the production and availability of new and more powerful items.
3. Unique collectible items have a limited number of issues. Players can always trade or sell them on the Open Loot marketplace as well as other platforms.
4. To create unique collectible items, players need special islands and artifacts — it would be unthinkable to miss the summer artifact sales now wouldn't it?
5. Players can acquire additional islands to expand their building and living space as well as more room to place artifacts of varying rarity, allowing them to create and upgrade collectible equipment.
In the July update, you will be able to:
🔵 Acquire Artifacts.
🔵 Craft collectible items.
When the token economy goes live, you will be able to:
🔵 Increase the rarity of collectible items — players can enhance the rarity of a collectible item on the workbench using other items and tokens. After upgrading, the item will gain increased luck, durability, and new characteristics. The process can be accelerated using crystals.
🔵 Increase the "Luck" characteristic on collectible items — players can enhance this characteristic on collectible items using the workbench and tokens to increase the chance of tokens dropping in adventures.
🔵 Charge collectible items — players can use artifact powered workbenches to charge a collectible item and increase its current amount of Adventure points, which in turn can be spent to activate a special buff called "Blessing of Meowken" that activates the ability to farm tokens when out on adventures.
Participate in the summer sales, acquire valuable artifacts and become fully prepared to meet the new economy this fall!🔥
Soon we will share all the details about our token and how it will function. Stay tuned for updates as exciting discoveries await you!
