Proposal for $water team & community
1. Refund bots ( obviously everyone who invested till 15:00:25 are bots, so they will only dump, abuse the community )
2. keep the presale cap at 55k $SOL as was stated in the rules BEFORE presale started
3. Put the rest SOL ( which was sent after 55k ) in the MM vault and use it to buy the dips
4. Batch the rest sol in 5 equal parts, when 1 part will be spent you will send $water tokens to late presale investors as 20% of their investment.
If $water team will follow this plan it will have super smooth and stable price action + fair average price for late presale investors + no FUD
