The @AcolytAI + @TheSignal_AI rebrand is something we should be paying close attention to — it’s probably the most important development happening within the Virtuals ecosystem right now, maybe even across all AI Agents.
If they manage to build what is essentially an attention framework machine — especially while focus is already locked on Trump and the markets — it could become the first, and perhaps most crucial, piece in the ACP puzzle.
Aixbt made the first wave and ran to nearly a billion -albeit with better market conditions and a "shiny brand new thing" tag. What could several versions of this in different verticals do?
It’s worth noting that @condzxyz has been one of the best founders in the ecosystem for consistent updates and communication — a major edge at this stage.
One key lesson from Virtuals: they failed to put Luna front and centre. Just look at her tweeting now - its still benign crap.
Acolyt can't make the same mistake. The Acolyt Agent needs to be the flag bearer for the tech — showing what’s possible and inspiring others. Or Condz uses his own X account to showcase the tech. Its quite simple either they grow the account(s) rapidly or fail.
If Signal works, every project in ACP could ride the wave and grab massive mindshare early. Virtuals talk about A2A commerce ad infinitum — but right now, it’s still builders they need. First, look after the ones you already have. Then, focus on bringing new ones in. Signal et al Acolyt, brings the eyes back to Virtuals.
It’s a big if, and a few things have to break their way. But attention is hackable — @shoshanazuboff showed this clearly in Surveillance Capitalism with her discovery of behavioural surplus. Big Tech knows this too - sure they fucking created it. If "Vibe Coding" came first, "Vibe Marketing" might be next — and I don't see why not.
If they pull it off, Acolyt won’t just be another agent — it’ll be the blueprint for how agents, individuals, and entities capture attention, build loyalty, and grow ecosystems, with levels of insight once reserved for Big Tech & a few savvy marketers.
If they miss, the entire ACP vision risks fading before it even begins.
