We lost one of our own today Lobos, Penny Marshall, who attended UNM in the early '60s, known for her successful acting and directing career passed away at age 75. We are sending our thoughts with all those affected by her passing.

Congratulations to Abrianna Morales, one of the 32 U.S. recipients of the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship. A class of 2023 Lobo, she will be using this scholarship at Oxford University. We can't wait to see the change she'll continue to make in the world.

The Cherry On Top of Balloon Season. 👀
The first custom UNM Hot Air Balloon revealed 7-9 a.m. Monday, on Johnson Field.
Free limited tethered rides, Frontier Burritos and giveaways to students with Lobo IDs.
As with all balloon events, all happenings are weather permitting.

Today we celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We continue to acknowledge that the University sits on the lands of the Pueblo of Sandia. We encourage all Lobos to continuously educate themselves on the cultures and histories of the tribal nations in our state. (1/3)
