This is absolutely heartbreaking. Calli was one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever been around. The world was a better place with her in it, and Blue Water Areas HS sports won’t be the same without her.
This is the most painful story I've ever written. Calli was a tremendous person and a damn good journalist.
Always enjoyed working alongside her. She represented this area so well.
My heart goes out to her family.
