Dreamcast Sonic's arms don't clip through his head when he's running.
He's also legitimately fitting for the SA1 environment. High poly models just don't fit in low poly backgrounds.

It is very different in terms of graphics and gameplay, and it was sold from 2007 to 2015, and it hasn't been seen since, rendering it lost media.
