Update regarding renouncing the ownership of the Trollcoin smart contract. I realized 2 test through 2 smart contracts ! deployed, but pure copy/paste of the Trollcoin contract. Contracts named TESTW and TESTT: TESTW: cronoscan.com/address/0x6f26… On this contract, you can see I unauthorized myself, then was able to transfer ownership to the dEaD wallet. TESTT: cronoscan.com/address/0x7f2a… On this contract, you can see I unauthorized myself, then was able to transfer ownership to the dEaD wallet. I also tried to perform a change of fees after the transfer of ownership, just to be sure, it was declined. So, unauthorizing myself and transferring the ownership to the dEaD wallet semms to be the correct thing to do. If there is developers who could double check my tests and confirm all is accurate, it would be perfect. Now, the moment that everyone is waiting for !!! Long tweet incoming !!! The vote for the removal of ownership from the Trollcoin smart contract. The question will not be about should I renounce it or not, but rather how would you want me to renounce it. I need to know which method would give you the necessary trust that the contract is indeed renounced and no changes can't be applied to it anymore by anyone. So, there is 2 possibilities: Option 1: I transfer the contract to the dEaD wallet. Anticipated issue, the dEaD wallet is own by nobody and can't perform any action, so the dEaD wallet cannot execute the Unauthorize function. I have no idea if I could still modify it afterward as still authorized, I sent a test smart contract to the dEaD wallet and tried to see if I could still call it but the gas fees asked was 500 CRO so I didn't approve the transaction, too expensive for a test. Option 2: I call the unauthorize function to remove myself from the Trollcoin contract, without sending it to the dEaD wallet. Anticipated issue, my wallet will still be displayed as owner, even if I can't modify anything in it anymore. And by unauthorizing myself, I also loose the possibility to transfer the ownership to the dEaD wallet. Sorry it's a long tweet, but I need everyone to understand the two options properly, as I want to make sure that you will all trust that the contract can't be modified in any ways, forever !!! No changes in tax, no changes in transaction size, no wallet limits, nothing, nada !!!
