It’s crazy seeing kids who’ve never played a snap of varsity football say they have offers w/o talking to a coach nor setting foot on a campus. Parents if you haven’t talked to the coaches don’t allow this to go on. Your child’s time will come. This trend has to come to an end.

In short the DB should stay down the middle of the WR. Coaching points below. DBs even the good ones have lapses. The goal is eliminate them by playing sound technique.
In BAIL tech there is a fine line when trying to stack the WR
Too far inside & you are blind (see below)
Too far outside & you can give up the Post
DB has to work to the midpoint to inhibit a free release, but also for the ability to lean (Fade) or drive inside (Post)
