You have any idea how difficult it is to translate a centuries-old art style (Shuimohua) into digital, while also having never done it EVER? This is why this emblem took a week, and is so… so special to me.

I know it may seem super mundane, but I had the responsibility of updating every single buff/debuff icon for King’s Fall’s return to Destiny 2!
It meant hours of cross referencing icons in blurry 480p D1 footage on YouTube and making some all-new icons too, all in under 6 hours!

They are my best work thus far, by a long shot.
The final one, for Lunar New Year (Year of the Dragon) might be my favorite art I’ve ever created… I’m glad I got to end it on a high note.

Added color back to mods!! No more confusing kinetic and arc!!
I also scaled up anything that was unnecessarily small. Readability is so important. Bigger icons is most obvious with weapons 💙
Minor QOL update from yours truly - inverted the Skull icons so they’re positives, not negatives. Much easier to read now :) the brain naturally prefers positive space. Hope you like them!

For me it’s 100% Look Within. Beyond Light and it’s OST is really special to me, as it released around when I started gettin real serious about my dream goals. This OST was playin every time I got down to business. Still is.
