In the past 12 hours, we identified some instances where users purchased items but did not receive them. By design, our smart contract, acting as an escrow, did not forward those fund to the seller, so we were able to trigger the return the funds to the buyer. Moving forward, we will improve the retry logic and would be returning the funds automatically if the transfer of the collectible fails.
