Over the past few years, Binance Labs has invested in hundreds of projects. As an investment firm, we always do our best to support the projects we invest in. Naturally, every investment firm hopes that their portfolio projects will develop well.
1) Under normal circumstances, the project side will notify us before any announcement is made to confirm the mention of Binance Labs, which is included in the terms of the investment contract. (See attached screenshot)
2) Before the SkyArk Chronicles team released the announcement, we were unaware of the $15M investment and the mention of Binance Labs leading it. If the project had notified us and stuck to the facts, we would have been totally fine with it.
3) After the SkyArk Chronicles team released the announcement, we contacted the team asking to make corrections to remove any mention of Binance or Binance Labs. (See attached chat history; names are hidden for privacy)
4) Today, some users reached out to Binance Labs to seek confirmation on the investment details, and we discovered that the project side had only deleted the tweet without clarifying the facts. Hence Binance Labs made a unilateral clarification.
5) The development of a project will not collapse because Binance Labs has made a clarification on the facts. If a project is built on false expectations of prosperity, it is not truly brilliant. Looking at the recent operational and marketing activities by SkyArk Chronicles, we can see their potential for servicing end consumers and the community.
However, we hope everyone is focused on the product itself rather than speculating based upon the misunderstanding that Binance Labs led a $15M investment round. We want to state the facts. We hope to see projects grow and prosper.
Binance Labs will continue to fairly support each portfolio project. Thank you for your attention.

4)到今天部分用户来找Binance Labs确认投资信息，我们才发现项目方仅删除了推特，并未澄清事实；所以 Binance Labs作了单方面澄清。
5)一个项目的发展，不会因为Binance Labs澄清事实而崩溃；如果建立在虚假预期的繁荣，也不是真的辉煌。从这段时间项目方的运营和造势能力来看，我们可以看到这个项目方在对C端用户和社区的潜力，但希望大家聚焦产品，而不是建立在币安$15M领投的误会之上。我们陈述事实，也希望项目继续努力，勇攀高峰。
