Wow! This is what we've been seeing all over the country, so inspiring!
Our private school was holding a Scholastic book fair. Saw a clip of Glen Beck & Kirk Cameron discussing the inappropriate nature of their books - starting for 1st graders. It traveled up the chain & school nixed it. 🙌🏻 Review your kids books even at private. They’re sneaky.

The support has been incredible from teachers, parents, and school board members nationwide who desire an alternative to @Scholastic. I am heading to Fredericksburg, VA, on December 2nd for our first Public School Book Fair at Riverbend High School!
We are going to have music, hot cocoa, coffee, food trucks, a book reading of my book As You Grow, and, of course, tons of age-appropriate books for families to explore!
This event is open to the public, so make sure to invite your neighbors, church groups, and school friends, too!
Can't wait to see you all there!
