I started my FA Level 2 in February 2020, just before we went into lockdown, there were so many delays and changes due to COVID, and now… 2 blocks, 2 visits, project completed and 16 months later, I finally get to finish block 3 tonight & be FA Level 2 qualified. 🥺🥳

As a coach, I would highly recommend trying to go down and watch other coaches sessions - you will learn so much! Good or bad, but you will still learn. Don’t be that coach that feels like they can’t be told anything.

I work 60+ hours in a week, spread across all 7 days - no days off. Everyone seems to think it’s so sick but it means - I don’t see my friends or family very often and hardly get anytime on my own. Naturally… people in your life just drop off cos you aren’t around for them 🤷♀️

When a non league role becomes available.. it’s the same names that get thrown in the mix, 1 of them get appointed, they do alright but don’t win anything, chairman ends up sacking them anyway for whatever reason & then they swan off, slander the club, and go again next season.

2021 has been a year of new jobs. Towards the end of the year, im now Level 2 qualified, Head Coach at The Wall, Girls Academy Manager at Millwall and Head of Youth Engagement at Reaching Higher. Not doing too bad considering the personal stuff I’ve had to ensure this year 🙏

Story behind this video. I was on trial at Millwall & Fulham at the time. I had just played 90 mins at Fulham that morning at an inter squad friendly and then came to Millwall for this trial game. I was playing through cramp and they put me as a number 9 that day and I’m a LB 🙃

Completed the National Goalkeeping Course today and I’ll be honest with you… probably one of the best courses I’ve been on. Good level of detail, good insight into a key perspective of the game and will definitely change your biases on goalkeeping. Highly recommend.
