The end of the best year of my life. Witnessed my football club become European champions, (somehow) turned my passion into my job, and plenty more.
2025 was class, and very grateful to anyone who showed love along the way 👌🤍
🚨🇬🇭 Thomas Partey (32) set to LEAVE Arsenal as a free agent at the end of the month, reports @FabrizioRomano. 👋
Arsenal currently in talks with Brentford over Nørgaard as the replacement. 🇩🇰
🚨🐉 Jakub Kiwior to FC Porto, here we go! Deal agreed with Arsenal on loan with obligation to buy.
€2m loan fee, €17m obligation to buy plus add-ons and sell-on clause up to potential fee over €25/27m.
Kiwior scheduled to fly in next 24h as soon as documents are approved.
Can we just stop for a minute and talk about Ben Davies. What an absolutely colossal performance, consistently reliable time after time, when so many doubt him. What a guy 👏👏
Genuinely trust Fabrizio less and less by the day. I’m almost 100% convinced he’s put out that Spurs Hincapie thing because he knew Arsenal were actually moving for him to try mug us off.
Gold confirmed 20 minutes later we were never interested in him (before Arsenal stuff even came out)
Ahahah what an absolute muppet. Says Kane let the country down for missing a penalty….then puts Rooney No1 who stunk at multiple major tournaments - red cards, mouthing off to fans, very few goals. What an agenda 👏
🎙️ "Absolutely not. He’s let his country down in multiple tournaments!"
🤔 Is Harry Kane England's greatest modern-day player?
@Tgarratt10 | @Chelsearory
It's legit just people who don't actually watch Spurs outside of a few Sky games a year. There's real life people who still run the reckless red card narrative too loll
Find it quite alarming how quickly people have forgotten what this man has done for us. Who he is. I know he is in quite alarming form atm but some of the stuff I hear on a daily basis about him is just so disrespectful to a man that has given us so much. 🤷♂️
Unforgivable how we’ve been consistently embarrassed in London derbies in recent years.
Most painful experience of every season, and just gotta sit there and take it cause we never show up. So so sick of it
🎙️🇦🇷| Alexis Mac Allister on Cristian Romero:
“He’s a player I love, the way he speaks and plays, sometimes you feel like he’s too much because he makes everything so easy. He gives me confidence. For me, he’s been the best centre-back in the world for several years,”
Really hope that Brandon Austin is playing himself into a summer move (in a positive way). He’s clearly got quality and deserves a career of starting regularly for a team. Maybe championship/league 1 clubs….think he deserves it. 👌
2-0 up with 5 minutes to go, 2-0 up in the penalty shoot-out, and you still lose. You will always be Spursy, you fucking swamp-dwelling wankers. Roll on Sunday. Let's go.
The combined Spurs and United XI is really simple….
Vicario > Onana
Porro > Dalot
Romero > Yoro
VDV > Maguire
Udogie > Dorgu
Bissouma < Mainoo
Bentancur > Ugarte
Kulusevski < Bruno
Brennan < Amad
Solanke > Hojlund
Sonny > Garnacho
Don’t see how one could argue really…..
My captain for next season if Sonny goes.
Could have so easily kicked up a fuss and tried to push for a move away this summer, as many thought he would, but no.
Loves the club, our best player and the right choice for it imo 🤷♂️
If you look at Tottenham’s wage bill now without Sonny, it is genuinely closer to resembling Crystal Palace/Everton etc than Villa or Newcastle let alone the other ‘big six’ members.
It’s crazy for a team that’s ambitions are Prem/Champions League (according to Levy)
What a guy mate. Calling out the board, the most beloved player in the squad right now, who has the chant that simultaneously calls out Levy. Love him 🤍🤩
🚨🎙️| Dejan Kulusevski:
"We have 10/11 fit players in four competitions and that’s not OK and that’s why the team is paying that price in the league especially. Yeah, that’s what I’m saying [the squad not being big enough], we are 11 players playing three games a week for a long period. I don’t see any other team doing that. That’s the only thing we should look at."
I’m going very early with this, but this is the team that has to play on Thursday for me:
Vicario
Spence
Romero
Van De Ven
Udogie
Sarr
Bergvall
Maddison
Odobert
Solanke
Sonny
Dejan Kulusevski fascinates me as a character. Think he’s probably the person I’d like to sit down and chat with most in our squad (in a dream world).
One of my personal favourite moments of his was his last minute winner against Sheff U, absolute limbs all around him, and bro just casually jogged away to do his normal celebration 🤣
Without a designated senior CB in the squad, that was some rearguard display to keep out Brentford.
But credit especially to Pedro Porro - he's now played 2827 minutes this season (by far the most in the squad) - full game Thursday + today - excellent throughout
I simply don’t understand country>club. I spend 12 months of the year, pretty much daily focusing on Tottenham. I spend 3 weeks every two years (slightly) caring about England.
Yh it’s fun, I’d love England to win a World Cup, but it’s not the same attachment 🤷♂️
The disrespect this man has endured this season has been way over the top. No pre season, coming back from a significant injury and basically forced to play every minute. So quick to forget he’s just turned 22, and on the whole been decent this season 🤷♂️
Hope Tel has had a chat with Djed Spence. Spence left out of the Champions League squad this time last year, and look at where he is now.
Tel’s mentality is top and I think he will use this as motivation, just hope he’s given the chance!
Anyone remember Salah at 20? Or De Bruyne? Or Kane? Or Son? Or Raphina? The list goes on.
Development isn’t linear, but these days players are expected to be like Yamal/Doue, performing at 18 just cause they are.
