Converted the reverse-time system to work like an animation. As a result:
-84% less data stored
-Much better performance
-I can change the playback speed dynamically
Now it tweens the reverse speed when going into/out of the reverse mode.

Starting to like the chassis. It passes a lot of my tests:
-I can wobble around at high speed without going completely out of control
-I can drift
-I can powerslide
-I feel very connected to the cars handling

- Collisions *MUCH* more stable
- Collisions are less laggy
- AI can no longer get stuck or too far behind you
- GPS system much less glitchy
- Cars handle themselves much better during close-range encounters

Custom humanoid-less NPC's. Can wear everything that humanoids can without the massive performance hit that Humanoids give! Used to lag at around 35 Humanoid NPCs. I'm running 50 here!
