Assets and positions are unaffected: they exist on-chain, and nothing moves as part of this change.
Same contracts, same markets.
In this day and age we had to check if this photo was real. Turns out it is and it's located in Baja California.
Trust, but verify.
Here's to more unconventional cacti.
And to better, more resilient onchain governance.
Goodbye @tallyxyz hello @CactusHQxyz 👋
Lazy Summer DAO has been using Tally since the earliest days of Governance V1 and we are excited to see the platform enter its next chapter as @CactusHQxyz 🌵
Plurality in governance infrastructure matters!
Protocols benefit from having multiple governance access points, implementations, and providers rather than relying on a single solution across the ecosystem.
Congratulations to the @ScopeLift team on the launch. Looking forward to seeing Cactus continue to strengthen onchain governance.
For years, Tally has helped Compound participants follow proposals, vote, and stay close to governance.
@ScopeLift has inherited and ran the platform for months now. Good to see the work continue under its new name: @CactusHQxyz.
Really glad that the baton is being picked up to keep this critical piece of DeGov running. @BenDiFrancesco and his team at @ScopeLift have been great @anvil_xyz partners and it's reassuring to know that the future of decentralized governance UX is in good hands.
📢 ICYMI: Yesterday we announced our new brand for the Tally governance platform. We had big shoes to fill, but I'm proud of what we cooked up! 🌵 @CactusHQxyz
Major props to @PollenLabs_ 💚 They were instrumental partners in developing the new brand identity.
Tally was a staple in DAO governance, and in a sense, through this rebrand, is officially immortalized as the pioneering platform it once was.
Pumped to see where @ScopeLift will take @CactusHQxyz (formerly Tally).
In the advent of RWAs gradually bridging TradFi<>DeFi, I'm sure the ScopeLift team is exploring ways in which DAOs, or even individual users, that are holding tokenized securities can exercise their voting rights for those respective shares. In TradFi, there are instances where shareholders vote-by-proxy via third party. In DeFi, DAOs can are that proxy; aggregating real community sentiment on a company's live proposals which turns passive voting into a participatory experience.
Future is incredibly bright!
Long.Live.Tally and Cheers to Cactus.
Onwards 🚀
Really looking forward to what is next from @ScopeLift's top-notch team.
Tally's evolution into @CactusHQxyz means a focus on what actually matters: capture-resistant infrastructure.
Exciting tooling ahead.
Kudos to @tallyxyz for originating the go-to tool for DAO governance. But now I'm really excited to see the next stage of the platform's life under @ScopeLift's direction. Great work Scopelift team, I'm sure you'll be great stewards for the decentralized future with @CactusHQxyz 👏
We’re excited to see @ScopeLift carry Tally into its next chapter as Cactus 🤝
@tallyxyz has been important governance infra for many of us over the years, and we’re confident the future of onchain orgs is in good hands with the ScopeLift team 🫡
Please welcome @CactusHQxyz 💚
yooo congrats @ScopeLift@tallyxyz@BenDiFrancesco
I plan to continue to use Cactus for @gitcoin stewardship activities …
AND … I’m quietly betting on a renaissance in collectively stewarded networks (what we used to call DAOs) as we approach 2030(🔜™️)
The @tallyxyz brand is iconic. As the new stewards of the platform, we are left with big shoes to fill.
While I'm sad to say goodbye to such a legendary brand, I gotta say, I'm pretty excited about what we're cooking up.
Coming Soon™
