Alrightttt. I knew when I got back from seeing family I would need a distraction bigger than just work to cope with grieving 🥹😅
Something to push me back into life and also something positiveeee…so I decided to hop into the @UnsubscribeCast fitness challenge with y’all. If you haven’t already started, it’s not too late to start now.

My Dad had alot of passions and hobbies in life but I believe if he were asked to pick just one, it would always be fitness. He’s the reason I fell in love with fitness and health the way that I did and it’s why I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With that being said…as difficult as all of this has been…I couldn’t think of a better way to honor him and or start trying to figure out how to live life here without him than to do what he loves most.
