If you’re afraid you won’t get a MegaETH allocation, I have something for you... I analyzed @megaeth's ICO. What I found suggest that the real user base will benefit. The recap: • $1Billion raided •~54k participants • 3 days of bidding Are you going to be selected? @hotpot_dao said it several times: “MegaETH is a community (sorry, the user base) first project.” And how do you reconize communities? → NFTs. Speculators say they are a “must-own” to be eligible. So I've searched in this direction: • ~3k wallets hold at least one of: @MegalioETH, @badbunnz_ , or @TheFluffleNFT. Fun Fact: The Fluffles bidded 10x more than what Megalio and Bad Bunnz holders did. Funnier Fact: if we add them all together, they represent only 10% of the total amount raised during the ICO. But let’s get back to what matters: What does this mean for you? If I follow the “community-first” philosophy, those 3k wallets are ahead of the 50k others. They may invested more, but are probably here for speculation. So, dear Megalio, Bad Bunnz, and Fluffle holders, stay calm, everything is fine. Your early support matters more than whale bids. On-chain activity counts, but being here first will make the difference. So, are you bunnish enough?

What Went Wrong with @MegalioETH? The hype was strong. The mint sold out instantly. But the post-launch performance didn't meet our expectations. However, if you don't hold one today, you might regret it. Don’t trust me, trust the data. Here's the back story of the mint

I've made my first $$$ in 1 week in Web3. Without investing. Sounds impossible? Let me break it down for you in a step-by-step process:

I almost quit DeFi because of how broken it felt. Not because of losses… But because Web3 UX is a disaster. For a long time, I thought crypto was only for nerds. Nothing feels intuitive. It’s clunky, chaotic, and miles away from internet standards. But the worst experience? Using a DEX for the first time: • You connect your wallet • You sign • You approve • You wait • You sign again… And maybe, if everything goes well, your swap goes through. Meanwhile, your wallet flashes a pop-up: "Are you sure you want to do this? There's no guarantee your funds are safe, or that you're getting the best rate. If something goes wrong, it's on you." Great. I used to double-check every token address, every amount, every transaction. Always with that little voice in my head telling me: one slip and it’s over. And sometimes, I did lose money, not because of volatility, but because of the experience. Because in DeFi, speed is everything. Every second of hesitation costs you. Every extra click is a chance to mess up. And over time, it wears you down. I stayed on @Uniswap for a while. The UI is clean, it works, but the friction is constant. Too many networks, too many approvals, too many steps. Most of us only use 2 or 3 chains daily, the fastest and cheapest like Base or Abstract. I searched new protocols, and I found @wolfswapdotapp. Wolfswap just works. A fast, clean interface that doesn’t make you overthink: • You connect • You swap That’s it. No more friction. No slow Tx. Everything is smooth. Navigation feels lighter, execution is faster, and the design is finally in line with what you expect in 2025. If I had this when I first got into DeFi, I’m pretty sure my learning curve would’ve been way less painful. I think some of my friends would’ve actually stuck around. Wolfswap isn’t reinventing the DEX. They’re doing something more valuable: they’re making DeFi usable. Not just for devs, nerds or insiders, but for real people. And that makes a difference. It’s not just a prettier interface. It’s a product that respects your time. In crypto, that’s rare. But Wolfswap is not perfect. They unfortunately don’t support Solana yet. If like me, you’ve been frustrated with the UI in DeFi, it might be worth trying.

This is the first point I think speed is something that needs improvement too Nobody want to wait 2 or 3 minutes in a store to buy something. We want instant transaction. We don’t want to wait other transaction in other country to slow us down. I think Partially Ordered Dataset is the solution

Why I believe that @nillion will lead the privacy trend ? They are the first to DO NOT call their product by their tech No ZK. No FHE. No MPC. Just a Blind Computer. And everyone get it. You don’t need to spend one hour to read the Whitepaper. Blind Computer.

I just got robbed in the street. It’s the first time something like this has happened to me, and I didn’t see it coming at all. Two guys came up to me asking for directions, then stole my gold chain. That chain was all I had left from a loved one who passed away when I was 6 years old. I don’t care about the money or how much it was worth. They tore away the only memory I had from that person. What hurts most is not realizing it right away. It hit me 15 minutes later, and I blame myself for that. I tried to go after them, but of course, they were already long gone. Sometimes, we don’t realize how much something means until it’s gone. Stay aware and protect what matters. Not just in value, but in memory. The most precious things in life often aren’t replaceable...

Storytelling turned their project into a crypto success. They built their own trends. Last week, they finally launched their product. A huge development is expected afterwards. It's the @nillion's story, the key to their success and the secret behind it. I. Quick Presentation Nillion is a blind computer. They use cryptographic solutions to put privacy on the blockchain. 230k followers on X. We all know many privacy projects. But Nillion is, with no doubt, the most known of them. How did they get here? → Storytelling I. A Clear Message Crypto is complex and Nillion understood that. Instead of saying: We aim to enhance data confidentiality using advanced cryptographic encryption. Nillion says: We’re building a Blind Computer. With just two words, they've defined their entire mission in a way anyone can remember. Make your core message clear. II. Build Your Own Narrative A lot of projects pivot between narratives. They try to profit from the hype. Instead, Nillion creatively adapted their storytelling to remain relevant. An example with cat szn in 2024 and AI: • PETs szn nitter.app/nillionnetwork/status/… • AI Collab nitter.app/nillionnetwork/status/… III. Build Authority Nillion doubled down on content around privacy, whether you're a user or a dev. They wrote tutorials, educational content, and practical guides showing how privacy works and how their product fits in. Their consistent, authoritative, and focused content strategy positioned them as the go-to source for crypto privacy. IV. Bonus: Visual Identity On X, you've probably noticed profile pictures blindfolded with a blue scarf. Curious, right? Those people are Nillion supporters. Nillion introduced a subtle and recognizable element for the community: a blue blindfold. Simple. Memorable. Effective. Takeaway: • Make your core message clear • Adapt while remaining true to your narrative • Specialize your content to build authority & mindshare • Use visuals to be reconizable

Write the perfect pinned tweet for your project When we find a new Web3 project, the first thing we see is their pinned tweet. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. That’s why that tweet has to be PERFECT! I've spent over 50 hours studying the best projects and their communication strategies. Today, I’m offering you the framework to write the most complete, compelling, and successful pinned tweet. The First Tweet The most important one. It has to respect 3 points: • The Big Idea of Your Project • The advantage of Your Project • One sentence to explain it clearly If you respect these points, readers should feel three emotions: • Intrigued • Excited • Curious Their reaction must be “Wow, that’s cool! I've never seen that before, I want to learn more!” Bonus: Add an image in the colors of your project. Here are 2 great examples: The Second Tweet Here, you'll introduce the problem that sparked your project and your beliefs: • "Our team discovered that problem, and we believe that we can resolve it." Briefly present existing solutions and explain why they're not sufficient or don't work: • "We know that Y exists, but they're not efficient. We can do better." Show the desire of your team to create great products for users who deserve better: • "Users deserve ... and ...!" Readers are now engaged. They realized there was a problem. They (probably) share the same values as you. They want to solve it. The Third Tweet Now, it's time to introduce your solution. In one sentence, present your idea or area for improvement: • 'Our team thinks ... is the solution' Explain briefly how you can set it up: • 'By using ... technology, we can do this' The third tweet is here to bring the reader back to the context: your project The Fourth Tweet Everything is set now: • You've talked about the problem • You've shown that there's a solution BOOM! Show your products: 'Enter [Your solution and what it is]' Write a 'one-sentence differentiation formula' to explain it. It's what will make your project relevant: • ' We are the First...' • 'We are like... on ...' • 'We use... on ...' Focus on the core value to unite supporters around the project. Bonus: Add an image to make it more visualizing The Fifth Tweet When you reach that point, you have different options: • Which pain does your product avoid? • You can present all the features of your product • Keep the focus on your Big Idea I recommend the last option. Make sure people understand what you are doing here, they have to say: 'Oh, it's Y, the project who's doing Z things!' Repeating it helps people remember. The Second to Last Don't make it too long. I recommend a maximum of 10 tweets. Before the end, remind the readers your goals and the dream of your project: 'We are making this better.' Show one last time why the world is better with you: 'We bring something all users missed.' Give a brief overview of your features: 'We offer this... and this...' The Last Tweet It's time to say goodbye. The best way for it is to convince people to believe in you. How? • Show them you have the support of VCs • How much money you raised for example Tell them 'Big names trust in us, why don't you?' To finish, give them everything they need to do their research: • The whitepaper • The Website • Your Discord to join the community That's all! If you respect all those rules, your pinned tweet won't go unnoticed. Don't forget to drop a like, and share it with your favorite founders!

On a client call: Client: "Can you write a post about customs fees?" Me: "Sure… but what does that have to do with our product?" Client: "Nothing, but it’s trending right now" Me: "Yes, but our content needs to revolve around the core problems of our community." Client: "But we’ll reach more people this way!" Me: "What we want is to attract real users, who’ll care, engage, and actually use the app long-term." Client: "…Yeah, you’re right. I’ll let you handle it." You don't need to follow every trends. If there’s one thing you need to understand and build around, it’s the core problem of your persona. (PS: I did write about tariffs—but as a way to introduce the product )

I easily got lost when I started writing. I was searching for: • the perfect word • an elegant sentence • an informative paragraph. But writing goes beyond grammar and syntax. I always saw Web3 as a land of opportunities. But trusting folks with JPEG PFPs was tough for me. I feared not getting paid. I gave it a chance. Project loved my work. They published it. They get results. But I never received payment. For me, there are three reasons: - Bankruptcy - Dishonesty - Lack of ambition But I'm fine with it. At least I've learned: - How to build connections - How to identify promising projects - How to request payment upfront Don't fear bad experiences. They're here to help you grow.

Storytelling is science. It’s not just about writing. Our brain is captivated when it hears a story. And the best way to convey your message? Use stories. This is not only reserved for NFT projects. Every project has to do it. If you want to raise funds or reach people you have to master it. How? Respect that simple rule: Stories hook, data supports. Here are 5 steps to do it: • Figure out the story you want to tell • Plan how your story will be organized • Collect information that supports your story • Blend the gathered data into your story • Trim down the data, keeping only the two or three most important points. The goal is to capture everyone's attention and ensure they understand your message.

Being a writer is like being an artist, but with words. When I started, I used to think that writers had to use complex words to sound smart. My early texts were very specific. But I was wrong. Readers should be able to picture exactly what you write. The best way to do that? ➯ Illustrate your points. Let me explain : Do you want to explain what an NFT is? How to NOT DO IT : Non-Fungible Token is a digital certificate of ownership for unique items collectibles on the blockchain. Each NFT is one-of-a-kind and can't be replaced, making it valuable. How to DO IT : See NFT like unique Pokémon cards you can have on your computer. Each NFT is special, like a rare card in your collection and people collect them online. Paint a clear picture for your readers. It make your content engaging and memorable!

‘web3 is too saturated to be original anymore.’ really? then tell me, why do we still listen to music? watch movies? read books? we’ve had music for over a century. cinema, too. books are here even longer. but artists don’t stop writing songs just because “everything’s been said.” they still create bangers. we all remember that song, that movie, or that book that felt completely fresh. it’s the same in Web3. of course there is every kind of content creator. but we don’t have your story. your point of view. your unique lens on the space. if you dig deeply inside you, you’ll find how you can be original. it’s just by being you. latina

We’ve never seen anything like this. The fastest transaction speed in the entire crypto industry. And yet, they haven’t even launched. Their secret isn't their tech. It's a brilliant content strategy powered by storytelling. This is @megaeth' story, the key to their success and the secret behind it. I. Quick Presentation MegaETH is the first real-time blockchain. They scale Ethereum in ways the industry has never witnessed before. +130k followers on X. No mainnet. No token. Just momentum. Plenty of L2s promise speed. But Mega is the most trusted, followed, and watched project. How did they get here? → Strategic storytelling and smart content. II. A Clear Message Since The Start From day one, they declared "We are the first real-time blockchain" Short. Memorable. Easy to understand. Their vision? Make Ethereum faster. That message has never changed. Lesson: Make your mission obvious. Repeat it. Make it stick. III. Talk To Tech People First There’s a myth that you need to "dumb it down" to be understood. In crypto, your first believers are not the masses. They're tech guy. MegaETH doubled down on deep, technical content first. Real dev talk, discussions and authority earned. They attracted builders who wanted to engage, validate, and build alongside them. Lesson: Early traction comes from builders. IV. Then, Educate Once they had tech guys onboard, MegaETH expanded their reach. It doesn't mean they spammed their product. They taught people about: → L1 limitations → scaling issues → the bigger picture. Lesson: Teach the ecosystem before selling to it. V. Leverage Your Educational Content They positioned themselves not just as a tool. They became a trusted voice. To reach that point, they leveraged → videos → founder accounts → smart content distribution They didn't just educate, they made it engaging. Lesson: Broader education brings broader adoption. VI. Ride Trends By Staying You In June 2024, Trump’s slogan was everywhere: "Make America Great Again." MegaETH adapted it: "Make Ethereum Great Again." → instant recognition → perfect timing → same mission framed through a trend Lesson: Use trends to amplify your story, not to rewrite it. Bonus: Visual Identity MegaETH’s visual identity is unforgettable. Retro, cypherpunk vibes, and the rabbit (hello @TheFluffleNFT). It's not just a logo. It's something that stick in our memory. Example: → Penguin? Pudgy Penguins → Monkey? BAYC → Rabbit? MegaETH Your visual identity is part of your narrative. Lesson: People remember what they see before what you say. ------------------------------------------------------------ MegaETH hasn’t launched yet, but their story is already winning, and that’s not luck. That’s strategy. That’s storytelling.

If you want to succeed on X you have to be unique. All influencers are telling you that. They are not wrong. Every day, I see the same duplicate content on X. I've identified 2 kinds of contents. → First, the ‘Copy-Paster’ who: • Take the same idea we saw in a viral tweet and copy-paste it • Use AI to write a text and copy-paste it • Share good informations copy-pasted from a website → On the other side, I’ve identified ‘influencer’ who: • Share about their own experiences • Write original contents I have never seen before • Always improve and bring something different with the same news Do you understand what I’m trying to explain ? I want you to be on the ‘influencer’ line. I want you to be an original content creator. I don’t want a copy-paste of @zaimirii, @NFT_GOD, or . “But Sam, how can I be unique ?” Today, my friend, I’ll show you exactly HOW you can be unique on X. • Ask you a question and try to answer it by yourself. Don’t search anything on internet • After you've answered it, check if you were right or wrong. Add some details to it. Now you have all the data you need. You have your expectations and the reality. → Mix them together. Let me show you an example with gardening: “When I started gardening, I always thought I had to water my plants every day when it’s hot. I always did it. But to be sure, I checked on the internet. Guess what? I was wrong! All this time, they needed 1 or 2 days without water because they will be overhydrated. That explain the brown leaves on the plant.” See what I'm talking about? ‘Yeah, it’s great, but nothing sets you apart from others here!’ I know, it’s the hardest part. And I can’t answer for you. You’re the best at being yourself. But I can give you some way to do it: • If you’re funny, add some jokes or ironic sentences. • If you’re creative, add one of your creations. • If you're an adventurer, share your experiences and travel stories. • If you love food, share your delicious cooking. • If you enjoy reading, tell us about your favorite books and talk about them. • If you adore pets, show us pictures and share stories about your cute friends. • If you're into music, share your tunes or talk about the latest music trends. • If you're a fitness enthusiast, inspire us with your workout routines and healthy living tips. • If you're a fashionista, showcase your unique style and fashion tips. • If you're a gamer, share your gaming highlights. → The key is to be yourself and share what makes you special. X is a platform where you can stand out by being genuine and connecting with people who appreciate your uniqueness. Stay true to yourself, and your authenticity will naturally attract others to you!

Anyone can become a writer. It's quite simple. Only a few can become really good writers. To become good at it, the easiest way is to learn from the best. In my circle, two of the best are @maxchadwickNFT and @SHL_eth. Do yourself a favor and follow them to learn. Then with your writing, you'll earn.

There can't be great success without daring. It's particularly true on X. Do you want to stand out from the crowd? Think outside the box. How ? By trying new stuff. Stop copy paste.

Never rush when writing a xeet, article, or anything else. It's the worst way to write. But what should you do instead? I have 3 steps for you: 📕First, get yourself in the right state of mind. There's no one-size-fits-all advice here. Find what works best for you. Personally, I find a quiet place after my shower to be most conducive to my creativity. 📕Now, what's the subject of your writing? Is it about AI, Web3, or a challenge you're facing? Write the subject in large letters and jot down what you already know about it. 📕Let the ideas come to you naturally. Don't force it. If the ideas aren't flowing, try reading, doing some research, taking a break, and so on. Remember that rushing is the worst way to write. → Prepare your state of mind → Focus on your subject → Let the ideas flow naturally Your writing will thank you.

The biggest benefit of Web3 is being able to work anonymously. If you're a dev, writer, marketer, etc... you can be hired without revealing your identity. But here's the problem: ➜ You're never certain about the people you're working with. How can you know if they are good at what they do? How can you make sure they are who they say they are? We don't have clear answers to these questions. 🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪🟪 I belive that in the future, we'll have something like a "proof of recognition". This proof will confirm the work someone has done. It will also make it easier to find opportunities without revealing your identity. Stay tuned...👀

I Hate Apple My first phone was an iPhone, but I never liked it. A year later, I switched and bought a Samsung. I preferred it and stayed on that team for 15 years. But even as a Samsung defender, I never felt excited about their products. When I saw Apple’s products, I was hyped, even though I wasn’t part of their ecosystem. So, naturally, I went back to Apple. I still hate their products. But they sell me something much stronger: a feeling that even a better product can’t replace. We still have a long way to go to reach that level in Web3. Are there any platforms you love so much that you can’t imagine switching? Usually, we tend to go for the cheapest or most user-friendly options. But what are we waiting for to create a product that makes us feel what Apple makes us feel?
