3/ Mr. Doty has been in custody since his arrest by @SFPDNorthern on April 5, 2023.
Prosecutors will seek pre-trial detention in this case because of the public safety risk posed.
Mr. Doty is scheduled to be arraigned on April 13, 2023 in Dept. 10 of the Hall of Justice.
