RideLondon will take a hiatus for 2025.
The 100 mile, 60 mile and 30 mile mass participation rides, and FreeCycle, will not take place in 2025.
Full refunds will be given to all those who have entered the 2025 RideLondon-Essex 100.

📝 A quick clarification on an error in the Event Guides sent to participants in the RideLondon-Essex 100 over the weekend.

ALT Our Event Guide stated incorrectly that the event safety car would travel at 22mph and we apologise for the error. It will travel at a pace determined by the conditions and what is happening on the road. It is unlikely that many – if any – riders will see the event safety car during the event but If riders do see it, they may not overtake it under any circumstances. All riders are required to slow and/or stop on the ride throughout the route as instructed by marshals and stewards to enable access for emergency vehicles, critical services or resident access. We encourage all of our participants to cycle safely on Sunday 29 May and remind you that RideLondon-Essex 100 is not a race.
