A completely dominant '25 campaign for one of Class 3A's very best aces, @kallieb05 🔥
Kallie turned in a stellar April on her way to leading the Lady Bearkatz to an eventual district crown and a quarterfinal berth in the state tournament, finishing the month with a 10-1 record and 0.73 ERA in 57 full innings, tossing a pair of no-hitters, two one-hitters and four two-hitters all while only allowing six earned runs and 11 walks and striking out 108 of the total 223 batters she faced.
Of her 837 pitches, 593 found the zone for strikes, good for a 70.8% strike percentage.
Adding to that impressive resume is five games of 10+ strikeouts, including a season-high 19 punch outs against Mountain View on April 24.
Thornton will return to the circle for her senior season in '26, in what she is piecing out to be an epic finale for her high school career. Be sure to keep her on your radar! 📈
