While I think Jacco's art definitely presents a far more grim scenario, and comes from a place of anger, it IS something that happens tbh, one of the most horrific things about Rape is that it isn't just the act itself, the trauma from it lasts for years, and it can totally destroy a person, and twist them mentally into a state where they could even do something as horrible as killing there own child. Doesn't justify that kind of action in any way, but I still think it's just as valid of an interpretation of the character, even if I choose to believe that Anya, would care for her child (as evidenced by the fact she starves herself rather than drink mouthwash that would certainly kill the baby). The game is ultimately about the second hand responsibilities and effects of the actions and inactions of others, and postpartum infanticide would definitely play into that theme.

I don't think we should lock anyone out from trying the hobby, that's not what gatekeeping is, what we should be doing is making sure we keep "tourists" out. I don't know much about Ludwig, by and large his model is fine, and fun, and I doubt he will use it passed this week, but more eyes on your fandom means more tourists who want to change what the fandom is about and pretend it was always that way, I watched it happen with quite a few of my hobbies over the last few years, and it's always incredibly frustrating to watch people come in and change something you really cared about. In short, this isn't about Ludwig, it's about keeping the hobbys culture intact, I don't think anyone really has a problem with Ludwig himself it's the fear of his audience coming in and not assimilating.
