The Polish government has submitted a draft law in parliament that would give easier access to Polish pensions to Indian citizens.
Currently you need 25 years of work in Poland to be eligible for a pension. The new law will qualify foreigners who worked a total of 25 years in Poland and India. So an Indian who worked only 1 year in Poland could qualify for a Polish pension.
In this bill the Tusk gov stated that they hope this provides "additional motivation for Indian citizens to take up work in Poland"
Additionally the Polish government will help Indian universities develop Polish language courses, which will facilitate mass migration and "integration" of hindus into Poland.
Polskie emerytury dla Ukraińców to za mało. Niedługo będą polskie emerytury dla Hindusów.
Rząd Donalda Tuska skierował właśnie do Sejmu projekt ratyfikacji umowy polsko-indyjskiej o zabezpieczeniu społecznym (druk nr 1173).
To porozumienie bardzo podobne do niesławnej umowy polsko-ukraińskiej. Dzięki tamtej umowie finansujemy stale rosnącą grupę ukraińskich beneficjentów polskiego systemu emerytalnego, którym ZUS miesiąc w miesiąc dopłaca do ukraińskiej emerytury tyle, żeby osiągnąć poziom polskiej emerytury minimalnej. Nawet jeśli obywatel Ukrainy w Polsce przepracował zaledwie kilka lat, kilka miesięcy albo nawet tylko kilka dni.
Teraz to samo może nas czekać na kierunku indyjskim.
Kiedy Sejm uchwali druk 1173, to mechanizm będzie prosty: jeżeli tylko obywatel Indii a) mieszka w Polsce, b) osiągnął polski wiek emerytalny, c) zapłacił w Polsce choć jedną składkę emerytalną i d) osiągnął łączny (polski + indyjski) wymagany okres składkowy (25 lat dla mężczyzn), to polskie prawo będzie gwarantowało mu polską emeryturę minimalną.
Nawet jeśli z tych 25 lat przepracował w Polsce np. tylko rok, a pozostałe 24 lata w Indiach, to polski ZUS popatrzy litościwie na jego skromną indyjską emeryturę i hojnie dopłaci mu tyle, żeby w sumie dostawał polską emeryturę minimalną.
W ten sposób rząd podkłada bombę pod przyszłość systemu emerytalnego. Bo nawet jeśli dzisiaj Hindusów-emerytów nie ma w Polsce prawie wcale, to dzięki PO-PiSowej polityce masowej imigracji z każdym rokiem będzie ich przybywać. A raz przyznanych "przyszłych" praw emerytalnych już nie da się łatwo odebrać (patrz konstytucyjna ochrona praw nabytych).
Wisienką na torcie niech będzie zaś fragment uzasadnienia druku 1173, w którym rząd Tuska zachwala umowę polsko-indyjską jako "dodatkową motywację do podejmowania pracy w Polsce" przez obywateli Indii. Rząd najwyraźniej uważa, że mamy o wiele za mało indyjskich imigrantów w Polsce i trzeba ich koniecznie ściągnąć więcej.

I always found it offensive that a new immigrant to our country would be willing to use the power and influence of their new nation to settle the ethnic rivalries of the old.
One of the most important parts of assimilation is seeing *your* country as the USA. It's part of the bargain: if you're welcomed into our national family, you ought to look out for the interests of the United States. I know many immigrants who have the right perspective, and I'm grateful to them. For example, I met many Ukrainian Americans during that campaign (and since) who agreed with my views, or at the very least, asked the right question: what is in the best interests of the United States?
