My brother was on hols in Cornwall, back yesterday. Went by ferry through Dublin,taking his dog. Coming back, taking over 2hrs at Customs Dublin. Said a lot of English drivers with pets were being sent back- no paperwork.He heard ‘ EU? What do you mean about coming into the EU??”
