United States Attorney David M. Toepfer announced today that a Cuyahoga County dentist has agreed to pay $500,000 to settle allegations that he submitted claims to Medicaid for services that were ineligible for reimbursement. Medicaid is a federal health program that provides benefits to mainly low-income individuals who qualify and is administered through the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
