They heard us and created a win win solution Already teams are struggling financially which results in salary delays and all the years of hardwork go down the drain. Roster changes everywhere but we stick by our players through thick and thin, through wins and losses. Esports is such a fickle industry for players these days. Teams dont last long, organization's change players left right and center. No loyalty no patience.

Indian esports is doomed with BGMI most probably banned, free fire banned, valorant scene very close to dying with franchising coming in. I really worry about everything happening in the ecosystem 🥲

Really really disappointed with the Krafton esports ecosystem. Don't know what the future holds for us in BGMI if the publisher has such stringent sponsor restrictions. Almost every team or organisation is incurring heavy losses since the past 4 years, even after having more than 5 sponsors we are barely able to recoup our monthly wage bill, it is outright selfishness from the publisher to just think about their commitments but not letting orgs like us to fulfill ours. This is unacceptable and we will never accept this We are hoping for a amicable solution but have not heard back from the publisher It's surprising they are doing this to a brand which supported their ecosystem for the past 2 years Absolutely unacceptable and unethical Hope things change and we want to play BGIS but our hands are tied due to such stringent and selfish rules laid by the publisher I really hope good sense prevails and the publisher not only promises a fair ecosystem but also acts on it. The number of esports orgs going behind the same brands/sponsors we work with amazes me. I dont have a problem but everyone needs to get different brands so the ecosystem gets stronger. Thats why i respect @8bit_thug for what he’s done.

Scam someone out for after spending 15 crs in 3 years on esports??? Doesn’t it sound a little absurd? This is just what i’ve put in, plus about 8 cr which we have earned also put back in the business. As for food at the bootcamp, the same girls wanted beef and bacon as they woke up like its a 5 star hotel, never heard any complaints from anyone from the bootcamp, we have had 40 plus athletes stay with us. As for their prize pool, the team won 2500 usd in total😂😂😂 the team cost per month was more than 10k usd a month. We invested close to 3 crs in our GC team with no expectations of any returns because we wanted to support women’s esports. Well not anymore ever again. Hearing things like being unprofessional is absurd . After doing so much for our GC team, keeping the team intact for 2.5 years without even a single rupee earned back, i dont what else are we supposed to do? As for our management being unprofessional, well i think except two players, we have never heard even a single player speak about us like that. All these things hurt a lot, and hurt our 3 years of our hardwork. Yes there are always financials ups and downs in business because esports is not a money making business like other sports, we keep losing money just to support the dreams of young esports athletes. The only ones to even get some sponsors in purely based on esports were us, even the sponsors understood the kinds of returns esports gave- NONE. No wonder there are only a handful of esports/gaming orgs profitable. We will be one of them regardless Keep supporting and keep believing. Nothing more on this from me or anyone at OG. March 2024 we will be cash flow positive. Shifting from only esports now to other greener pastures. Peace ✌️

What a roller coaster it has been, last few months were the toughest time for us at OG. Went from spending 75L a month to 25L a month. Took some really tough decisions but needed to take it in the long term interest of the organisation. We are already clocking 21L a month in revenue. On track to achieve EBIDTA profitability by March 24. Shifting focus from only esports to other things in gaming. Production and esports monetisation for the community being key pivots. Really hoping to uncover new revenue streams so we are not dependent on sponsorships to run our esports operations. Really happy and much more settled than the last year. 100% of revenue added to the prize pool is a big big big W by Krafton. We always criticize krafton on certain policies related to esports orgs but this is a breath of fresh air. Next step is to get a franchising model in place for 2026 season.

It still surprises me that we still have not once got on call with Krafton officials in the past 3 and half years. No wonder so many esports organisations have shut down. Barely 8-9 Tier 1 esports organisations left in India. Where is the ecosystem heading? Had calls with Riot, Garena, The pokemon company, Valve, Super gaming but none with anyone from Krafton. Sorry state of BGMI ecosystem in India. No international slot, no international match making. Sky esports invites our bgmi team to quarter finals of their BGMI showdown. FYI they finished 3rd and 2nd in the last 2 major events of BGMI. I know my boys will qualify but this is just ridiculous. @shivanandysky

Few points which were not cleared 1) every athlete needs to have their own peripherals, thats the basic requirement for anyone. 2) Rent peripherals- 1 week away from elite, if someone is facing peripherals issue, no point in buying them in india and shipping them to their country and pay customs, better to rent and return once matches are done. 9/10 esports orgs rent as thats more asset light 3) Prize pool- prize pool received has already been shared to players. Have paid more than 7L to players for their family emergencies and medical emergencies from my own pocket without any return. If this is what it comes down to, need to get all of it back

Took 2.5 years with elite in free fire for our first trophy, took 2 years plus in valorant for the first trophy. Built this lineup in BGMI as our first ever team we built in OG. Have been nothing but proud of my boys. The story continues and hunger keeps growing. 3 years and counting without any changes in this lineup. Takes a lot of mental fortitude to stick together after all these losses and close finishes. All eyes on BGIS next 👀 Need to secure qualification but this time more confident than we have ever been.

The amount of BGMI tournaments happening rn. Something needs to be done urgently. What would happen if IPL would be played everyday from 12 noon to 10 in the night. It would lose its relevance and charm All teams all tiers play everyday so TO’s can fill their pockets up with tournaments which have zero relevance. Surprising turn of events. Got the G pay back as the guy was too scared to go to jail. Would have been so easy if they just did their job religiously. They apparently put money in the account if a loader at the airport so it cannot be traced back to them. What a shame.

Its so difficult to let people go who have been part of your journey since day 1. Today we day farewell to the 1st esports employee we hired in OG. He was the backbone of our esports lineups. With OG not investing anymore in esports and focusing on other verticals like talent management, production and media . He was being under utilised. Really really sad but have had the best memories and best moments @hadesplaysgg Will miss youu bhaii

If any of the 18 esports teams who are invited to your event to semi's say that OG doesn't deserve the invite. I will come on record and apologise. @shivanandysky. This is a big blunder by your team and i am okay with it but i just feel for my players.

All the rumours around buy in for VCL SA . There is no buyin at all. Also 90% regions around the world have online qualifiers whereas we have everything on LAN. About time we start appreciating. ❤️
