I don’t usually post photos like this but 5 months of going to the gym consistently and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved so far.
I didn’t lose so much weight since that is not the goal, but I’ve gotten stronger and much leaner compared to when I first started my journey.
For the next 2 months, the plan is to shred a bit and do more cardio. I want to continue to gain more muscles therefore protein, healthy fats intake is important just as much a weight lifting.
Let’s see what the next 2-3 months of consistency will look like!
